This establishment has terrible time management skills. They talk about their personal lives instead of assisting customers in an appropriate amount of time. They gossip before helping you. They’ll have 7 workers and only 1 person semi assisting customers. This panda express has no drive-through yet they’re slower than any other location with a drive-through

1 Star – Absolutely Unbelievable. It’s noon, prime time, and there are 5–7 staff visible in the store, but only 3 people inside eating. They were already out of several entrée items. Waited 5 minutes just to be greeted — was then told it would be another 5 minutes for the entrée I needed. 15 minutes later, I’m told “7 more minutes” — at this point, my 30-minute lunch break is over. When I explained I couldn’t keep waiting, she apologized with an attitude and mentioned she had prepared the wrong food. I asked for a manager to process a refund and was told it’d take 15 minutes because the manager was “on break.” But surprise — she was right there. Refund took another 7 minutes. Final result: 35 minutes wasted, no food, and zero accountability. Absolutely unreal. NEVER going back.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Southcenter Square Panda Express chain. I witnessed the manager, Christina, serving food without wearing gloves. She handled food for at least four customers with bare hands, which is a serious health risk. Proper food handling is essential to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety.
This lack of hygiene raises concerns about the restaurant’s overall food safety practices. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and enforces proper food handling procedures to protect their customers. Until then, I would be hesitant to return.

Even though it's in the middle of a REALLY BUSY mall they make due ! There food is always amazing. Really hit the spot ! They get your food to you ASAP the wait was only like 3 minutes for the line to die down and once it was our turn boom food . It is in the middle of a mall so it's loud af and seats are not garinteed but it's not there fault.

Huge portions, clean restaurant and good prices
