Despite being Chinese-American, I love Panda Express! Sometimes you just crave super Americanized Chinese food, you know?
This was my first time at this particular location and first time ordering bigger plates (I usually do the family meal). I submitted an online order for two bigger plates plus redeemed a birthday reward for a free small entree. I was very disappointed in what I received (wish I took pictures but my kids were starving). Both boxes were under-filled (they even skimped on the veggies, which was one of my selected sides), plus they forgot one of my entrees (received only 2 small entree boxes instead of 3) and only got 2 out of the 3 fortune cookies that was listed on the receipt. Girl checking me out also didn't notice. Attention to detail is really lacking at this store, along with pathetic portion sizes. I will not support this store again.
Kicker was that I couldn't even leave any feedback regarding this purchase, so here we are on Google reviews 🙃.

Ordered online and got it delivered.Everything was good and we got everything we asked for and delivery driver was quick no issues.(just wish we had more to tip out 😞) Me and my roommate both laughed over the fortune cookies.One had a fortune but the other was empty? It gave us a giggle. But all was good.Thank you

Stood in line for 15 minutes and didn’t even get to order anything for my lunch break. Apparently DoorDash gets first priority, while everyone in line has to wait for the 1 slow person is doing anything.

Poor service. I felt like some kind of joke. Everyone else at the register was helped quickly, almost immediately, while I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to me. Please assign more attentive and responsive staff to the register. Thank you.

Ordering online is a waste of time. Did an online order. When We got there, order wasn’t ready. Three families came in and got their food. Only after those families were feed, did they start putting our order together. Worst part is, We get home and they forgot one of the side entree’s with one of the meals.
