I ordered a family meal online. It includes two sides and three entrees. When I got home and unpacked my order, I was shorted an entree. When I tried calling the store the phone just rang and nobody picked up. I’m very disappointed and will not go back to this store.

We ordered a bigger plate with chow mein, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. The woman gave us only 4 pieces of shrimp. Like girl we paid 1 extra dollar.. don’t be a cheepo give us more.

Pandamonium at Panda Express
As I strolled into Panda Express, I felt like I was entering a kung fu movie set, but instead of Bruce Lee, it was pandas wielding woks. The aroma hit me like a chopstick to the nose – a tantalizing blend of soy sauce and panda passion.
I ordered the Orange Chicken, hoping it would give me the same energy as a panda after a bamboo binge. Let me tell you, one bite transported me to a realm where pandas do backflips and dance-offs over who makes the best fried rice.
The staff were as efficient as pandas munching on bamboo – quick, agile, and occasionally sneezing (I think one might have been allergic to broccoli). The cashier gave me a smile that said, "I know you came for the chow mein, but stay for the pandas."
Overall, Panda Express is like a zoo where the pandas not only cook but also do improv comedy. It's a place where culinary prowess meets panda playfulness, and I'm here for it. Just remember to bring your own bamboo shoots for a truly authentic experience.

Good great best affordable food around
Been standing here for over 10 minutes and not one person has helped me?? Got acknowledged once with a “we will be with you in a minute” and now I can’t even get an employee to look me in my eyes??
I usually get the same thing, but only occasionally go to the southcenter mall location. I only get chowmein as the base so I was really disappointed with this cooking. It was badly cooked noodles. Not even chowmein. A total waste of my money. Not to mention I got way too much broccoli with only a few pieces of meat. The purchase was a total disappointment.

I went at 5. It was the dinner rush in the food court. They were busy, but not crazy, like 15 people in line. They were frantically running around trying to get things done, but nothing was being done. The first people I saw order wanted honey walnut shrimp, which was out. They said they were making it. I was in that line for nearly half an hour, and when I left, they still hadn't got their shrimp. They act busy but get nothing done. When I got to the front, they had no fried rice, no chow mein, no orange chicken, no honey walnut shrimp, plus a bunch of other stuff was out. It was around 5:30 at that point, and I had just waited forever to be told that what I saw is what they have, the kitchen closes at 5. 4 hours before you close? During the rush? There were 2 cooks standing in the kitchen joking around doing nothing. I ate somewhere else and walked past again around 6, and they were all still there doing nothing, ignoring customers. The people who had already paid for the honey walnut shrimp they were told they would get never got their food and were refused a refund. The absolute worst panda express I have ever been to. They don't care at all, and they actively send customers away so they don't have to work. I'd go to the Thai place across from them. The food is far better and the staff is fantastic. I'm amazed this panda is still operating.

The service is so bad. I just picked up my order in the store and the employee threw my order to me. I want to say that if you don't want to work, just quit and get out. Don't show your bad attitude to the customers. This is not the first time. All of them None of the employees have a good service attitude. Every time either order in the store or pick up, the employees will show dissatisfaction. If you really hate your job, please resign and don't use your extremely poor service attitude to serve customers.
Very poor service. I have bought food in this store several times, and each time the staff's face is not good, and the behavior is very rude. If you're in a bad mood or don't want to work, take time off to calm down at home or quit your job. Don't bring your own negative feelings to work. Customers do not owe you, there is no need to accept your bad face.
