They were too busy talking to each other than paying attention what they’re putting in that plate. I had to go buy more food after because all they gave me was noodles .

We had a fine experience at Panda Express. It’s nothing special, but it’s a solid, relatable Chinese fast food place. In our experience, the staff was great, very quick and efficient, and we had no problems. In fact, they gave us very large portions that left us feeling very full considering their comparatively low prices.

The food is fine, and it isn’t the problem with this location. It’s the decisions management makes that causes the whole place to be a mess.

I think the icing on the cake was when the cashier gave me all my food and utensils without a bag, and when I asked for one I had to do another transaction because they charge $0.08. Which is fine, but why not just ask the costumer initially if they want a bag instead of making it awkward for both parties…?

Btw, they won’t give you a fortune cookie unless you ask for it.

But at the end of the day I don’t blame the staff, I blame their management. They are probably being very stingy with these things.

All in all, I waited 35 minutes in line just to regret wasting my time here today. I’ll stick to the one in Southcenter Parkway.

You get what you pay for: Simple, fast, Chinese tasting food. I liked the rice! everything else was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

I don’t usually write reviews about a place, but I had to for this. This place is hands-down the worst Panda Express I’ve been to. The reason for this is that it took me 20 mins to order my food, then an additional 8 mins to pay up. I don’t know why the service is so slow but something needs to change. It’s the weekend, they should EXPECT a lot of people but do not prepare for it and in turn us the customers get our time WASTED. The cashiers are also extremely slow and the servers are slow as well. It is super frustrating to see that this is one of the highlights of the Southcenter mall and it being so packed. Only near the end, did they get another cashier because they noticed how packed it was. Overall, will not be eating here again. Super disappointed.

I ordered through the pick up in store app and then I got a message that my order was ready. I came to pick it up and none of the employees paid attention to me right away. Then I added it and they came up to me. I showed them the order and it wasn't even ready yet.

Our food was wrong and I went to tell them about it they had not problem fixing it and still making sure we had what we asked for. They were very nice and respectful they have drinks you can sample if you not sure which one you want

This place is in the mall. The food was mostly gone. I ordered 3 main items and finished 2 of them.Had to water a few minutes for an employee to come out front to help me. Food was good as always at Panda.

This was a perfectly serviceable Panda Express. The food was all fresh and hot, it was quick despite there being a significant line, and it was an excellent choice for a casual choice with my girlfriend. We ordered a Bigger Plate to share, and it was great. Didn't take any pictures because I was too busy enjoying the meal, but I will absolutely update with pictures when I return, because I will be coming back.

Ordered on DoorDash where you are supposed to look over the DoorDash order before pressing confirmed. They were sloppy my food was not sealed , missing items. Management needs to do their job properly and actually manage. Now I have to order my kid food from somewhere else. Last time they were running out of food and it wasn’t near closing. They then proceeded to replace it with something else without my knowledge and without asking. What if the person was allergic to the item ? This is not an SOP in the world and training needs to happen and the managers need to be trained on how to train because it’s horrible. Sounds like piss poor management issues. Keep it up you will be at a 2.9 star by summer 2025 and corporate will be doing firing evaluations. I will starve before ever ordering here again.

I ordered a family meal online. It includes two sides and three entrees. When I got home and unpacked my order, I was shorted an entree. When I tried calling the store the phone just rang and nobody picked up. I’m very disappointed and will not go back to this store.
