I order a vegetarian salad and it came with chicken on it. DO NOT order the new corn chowder. It is awful and it tastes like canned cheese. It had separated. I asked for a refund as my food was inedible and it will take 30 days. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They gave my order away to someone else. I asked where it was and they had no idea. They didn't want to remake it. Kept ignoring me. Took forever for them to remake it but they finally did.

Ordered avocado toast from here and somehow it tasted very bitter.
PB got the order wrong twice, and still got it wrong at the end, don’t understand how they forget to toast twice. Glad I asked for my money back, I don’t understand how these places can ask for tips before the service either
I have been to better locations. Food is what you pay for and not at clean as other locations.
Cecilia the assistant manager was so helpful and absolute life saver. I was doing catering for 40 people and she went above and beyond.

Ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo and Mac and cheese. Sandwich was made with stale bread and wasn’t fit to eat and had to throw away. Total waste of money.
Food quality and portion sizes have gone way down. Prices have gone WAY up.
Yesterday, my family had lunch there, ordered pick 2 menus.
One of mine was a broccoli cheddar soup. After few spoonfuls, something running in my mouth, I spit it out and it’s a tiny piece of red, plastic/glass with sharp edges. I immediately brought it to an employee and showed him what I found inside the soup. He just yelled to the kitchen “another bowl of soup to her”
I said I didn’t want another and left.
First, he should say sorry and report this to the manager. Second, they should dump the whole pot of suspected soup.
There was no followup.
Later I found my palate was peeled, scratched and bleeding.
I have visited this location every week after workouts but now, I have a doubt for their quality of food.
The food is damn great. Zero misses
Smelled like burning food every 10 minutes. Staff look unhappy and stressed, and there was part of a plastic bag in my soup. Also there’s some screaming Spanish women in the kitchen who’s voice is deeply annoying and louder than the music and my noise- cancelling headphones.
