Great restaurant! It is located at the Southcenter Plaza and has plenty of parking. I have been going there for more than 2 years and it is still the best brunch place I have been to. Everyone working there is friendly and they are very quick with seating you, getting your beverage and order. I recommend any of the scrambles, especially the California Scramble or the Ukrainian Scramble, the O’Brien Potatoes, and the French Toast. If you are in the area, definitely recommend you check this place out.

I rarely will complain about the quality of food as I rather let my wallet do the talking for me. However the recent dip in quality of food is surprising. Me and my husband have eaten here many times throughout the years. (Something of a date spot for us) However within the last 6 months every time we’ve eaten here the quality of any food we’ve purchased is gross. My husband has ordered both the steak and country fried streak. Both times he’s refused to eat them. I have been married to this man for over 3 years now and I’ve never seen him turn down any type of steak product regardless of its quality. I also tried them and have to agree there’s a certain rancid or off taste. The country fried steak was on the other hand revolting to the point I’ve contacted the app we ordered from and have gotten a refund for this product. The rest of the food was average or lower quality.I’m not sure if there’s a new cook. If the product has gone bad and no one has checked the dates or just a sheer lack of motivation to provide decent food has evaporated. The staff are courteous, kind and attentive I would like to add. I do hope things change but for the time being we will be avoiding eating here.

Five stars for an amazing breakfast! The cozy space adds to the homely vibe. It's a bit tight, but the service is excellent. Soft scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, and French toast were delightful. Coffee was spot on. Definitely coming back for more!

Food was good, bacon was cold. Service was good, they were really busy probably could have used another server. Quite and friendly atmosphere. Menu had alot to choose from. We'll be back.

I went in and put my name down with a party of 3. Several minutes later someone put their name their name for a party of four after us. They got seated before us while we were standing right at the counter.

- Great food, large portions- Big menu with lots of options- Speedy, courteous service- Clean, light atmosphereMy family went in for breakfast this morning. It's tucked in the corner of an aging strip mall in the heart of Southcenter. And while the exterior looks a bit rough, the interior is clean and bright and inviting. It was pretty packed but we were fortunate enough to get seated immediately. The menu has so many breakfast options. I had Eggs Benedict w Crab.. very good! My wife enjoyed her Biscuits and Gravy, my youngest had a massive Breakfast Sandwich w Sausage and my eldest had French toast. Then we decided to share the Banana's Foster Pancakes. The portions for each of us were more than we could eat. Too bad they don't do half-portions; next time we may order half as much and share. Everyone enjoyed their meal, though. I especially like that they have real fresh-squeezed orange juice. The service was so good... sat immediately, water was brought immediately and drinks were ordered, drinks were brought quickly and order taken, food was brought in a very reasonable amount of time (especially given all we ordered), and the table was bussed timely. All the staff was courteous, with smiles...never felt rushed. All this with a packed house. The meal, with five breakfast entrees and four drinks came to $100. It seemed expensive but the portions were so big we were leaving with four takeout boxes. With the food, service, and atmosphere, I agree it was worth it.We will definitely be going to Patty's Eggnest again!

Overall a good experience, the dining space is so tiny though. The tables are close together and the servers don't make very many coffee rounds I think due to it. We were seated quickly and the food was overall good. However I won't order the "frittata" style omelet again it was low on cheese and seemed quite dry.
