Quiznos was once a powerhouse in the world of quick service sandwiches, but they went through some serious business challenges that resulted in bankruptcy over 10 years ago. The only issue was with OLO their delivery service. I ordered catering for a business meeting, The time zone was set incorrectly, so it showed delivery for 10 am. When trying to update, it stated to call Quiznos direct. I did and they were outstanding! At 1045 I got a call from Quiznos, the delivery company had arrive twice already since the time couldnt be updated online and there is no contact information for OLO. At 1155, I got a call my food was ready, but they hadnt seen...

The customer service was top notch. My sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it. Everything was fresh and tastely. The restaurant was clean and very comfortable. I am so glad there is still a Quiznos to enjoy their delicious sandwiches. I recommend this restaurant.
