Rarely go to this bakery. Passed by to check their items. Got 6 assorted mamons and asked for a plastic bag. Lady said I have to use basket. Used the basket and added additional items. Paid then done. I asked for a carrying plastic bag. Eufina B, lady who assisted me, told me I already asked for a bag for the mamons; that’s where she put the mamons. If I want a bag, must pay 10 cents. I do not carry cash coz I use Apple Pay. I told Eufina B, you didn’t ask me if I needed a carrying plastic bag in the first place. She didn’t say anything, turned around and started doing tasks. I was carrying 3 full bags from my grocery shopping. Service was not acceptable! Not sure if there was a language barrier! Guys, 85 degrees is just around the corner!

I came here on June 9th to buy their halo-halo to cool off from the heat, but soon it became more than just the halo-halo that was amazing. Their customer service was amazing with my cashier treating me with absolute respect. The building was clean and sanitary, and the halo-halo was super yummy!
So in conclusion, you should go to Red Ribbon Bakeshop. Trust me - it's great!

I was in town for the weekend, I had come up from Eugene OR to spend some time with my family that live here in Washington. My sister in law's brother wanted to make a quick trip to Red Ribbon for a cake and a couple of desserts. I walked into the store and the employees were very friendly! We went mid-day and the shelves still seemed pretty full, there was a pretty long line when I went so I was surprised as you usually don't see people restocking. The food tasted amazing! Especially the Mocha Rectangular Cake. As I was checking out the employee greeted me with a smile and made sure I was able to get everything we needed. Excellent food, service and atmosphere, I will definitely be coming back here more often especially when I visit my family!!!

Today I went to this store to get a cake and some other stuff for my son’s 5th birthday. I can tell you that the experience at that store was amazing. First of all, everything came out fresh and clean, and then the workers treated me with complete respect, and the atmosphere was perfect for a Monday afternoon. Kudos to my cashier, Gina, who treated me with tons of respect. Will come back soon, you just earned a longtime customer!!!!

what a ripoff. $40 for a palabok tray that was basically plain noodles - not enough sauce for even half of it! they never really gave much in the past, but this is ridiculous. I would give zero Stars if possible. done with red ribbon.
