I am a regular at this Red Robin for years. Every Saturday I am there. I like my fries crispy and the regular bartender knows this and goes down and makes sure the cooks do it correctly. On 7/5/25 the bar had a sub in as bartender so I made sure to tell him my preference for my fries. When my meal came out, the fries were soggy so he sent them back.
