Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We had a party of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids) we were told it would be a 30 min wait as a server would be coming then and then we would be seated. 30 mins past and they were seating people that came in after. My brother in law went up to see what the hold up was since it was after the 30 mins and we had hungry kids. We were told that the server was late and we would have to wait. We asked to be split and sat at 2 tables only to be told that we would still have to wait. We ultimately left and the host/hostess seemed to careless. We went to Panera Bread where we had the best service and will never when we come back to Seattle go to Red Robin. Such a disappointment after a long day of travel.

Waited too long and the burger was cold after asking about my order.

Excellent service and delicious chicken Caesar, burger, chic a doodles brought to us with a side of ranch dressing for our fries. Hit the spot on every tasebud! 😋

I came in before a flight, Joann (probably spelled that wrong) was so insanely kind and warm and fun to be around.

We came in and sat at the bar, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we walked in. I was a little on edge waiting for my flight, but Joann immediately made us feel comfortable and taken care of. She was attentive the entire time and her fun, outgoing personality was a hit with everyone around us. Great service and a great vibe, we’ll definitely be back!.

For a Wednesday night, the place was packed! As a culinary worker myself, I completely understand how frustrating dinner rushes can be, and yet the service, food, and drinks did not miss.

My partner and I ordered the Two for You combo to split on a special day, but we misunderstood that it came with one side. Despite the misunderstanding, Latoya made it work to have two different sides for us both. She was an absolute rockstar during the entire service and was on top of things like offering side refills, drink refills, and reminding me that she did not forget about the drink I asked for during our entree. She has an incredible attitude with great attentiveness for her guests and I could not appreciate that more.

Shoutout to another server who offered me an extra unneeded basket of sweet potato fries, that was awesome!

Sat in the bar and one of our favorite bar tenders was on duty. The black croissant was great as always.
