We ordered Wings, Onion Rings and mozzarella sticks.. we only got one of 3 spicy mayo, and our one ranch. Young seemingly annoyed to work there guy dropped the spicy mayo on the floor and gave it as is (didn't spill but..) We are frequent clients, and this shouldn't be a service anyone receives. Service is embarrassingly decreasing here rapidly.

Have been going here for years but tapioca pearls and drinks have been going down in quality recently. Quality of tapioca pearls was one of the biggest reasons I loved going here. Recently went to another Sharetea location and was much closer to original drink recipe.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and they’ve been a 10 but last 2 weeks the cook is burning and drying out chicken nuggets. I’m sure it’s a new cook. And I hope you guys can tell them it’s not good enough to eat. I’ll always come back for drinks and rice cakes.

This is not the spot for food. My daughter wanted to try the rice cakes here and so I ordered a small for her. I also ordered chicken wings to try...listen...order your drinks and go elsewhere for food! Lesson learned for me trying to support the small businesses. And the order took over 30 mins! What the entire f***! No thank you ever again.
Favorite Sharetea in the area! The boba just taste better than other locations. The Thai Tea blended us perfect and the Okinawa Pearl Milk.

This location is usually a go-to place when I go to Tukwilla. However, I ordered a Thai tea ice blended with Pearl. And the ice wasn't crushed as it should. Also, the attitude of the cashier was kind of rude because I ordered extra sweet.The place is usually cleaned and crowded, especially on the weekend

Milk teas here are amazing. Their jellies are also fantastic. The food is also quite good.The problems exist with there being too many people (or not enough) to fulfill orders that have more than one or two items. I've had issues where my drinks/food were straight up missed, and then I have an issue getting them to look at my receipt. It's...almost like they can't read and understand the order isn't filled.They are also EXTREMELY busy, which is great for them, but between 20-30 minutes wait every time I come in. Service is just... disappointing.

The Homie and I needed something refreshing to drink after other stops in Renton and Tukwila (8/28/23). Last time I stopped at a ShareTea was over five years ago up in Lynnwood. First visit to this spot adjacent to the Westfield Southcenter Mall.The takeout order comprised of a Black Milk Tea and a Honey Tea with boba. No one was seated indoors except for one customer. Service was expedient and efficient. Brief sips taken of the black milk tea before picking up I-5N was very sweet! Will have to dilute later at home. However, boba pearls were perfectly cooked.Not bad, but not stellar. 3.5 stars rounded to a 4. I had meant to stop at another nearby milk tea spot, so the error was entirely on me.

I’ve come to this sharetea twice this week and was super disappointed with the customer services here, especially the lady wearing glasses named Thanh. She did a terrible customer service and gave me a really uncomfortable look whenever I walked in. Today I came in ordering a classic pearl milk tea, wintermelon tea and a mac cheese. I and my friend was talking and waiting for a few minutes then I saw my order was finished but she just started walking back in the kitchen without calling the number. No one did. For the mac cheese, it said it has 10pcs but when we only got 8 pcs in the box. I don’t know how she was trained to treat customers but her customer services is terrible. I hope managers or owners should talk to her. Really disappointed.
