Train your staff on making foam or to give solutions before excuses. Rather than that, it is a clean Starbucks and very well stocked

Many of the employees here have a bad attitude—not all of them, so unfortunately it’s luck of the draw. I’ve watched employees speak rudely to multiple customers for seemingly no reason, myself included. I was also once refused a drink on my birthday when I came minutes before the posted closing hours. I work in the area, so I can sympathize if they’re feeling the stress of high volume, but that’s just the nature of working at a mall-area location. I would recommend management address a friendly, service-oriented mindset with the staff.

Like all Starbucks, the place is clean and tidy. I have a friendly staff and you’re feeling like a Starbucks. That’s what you’re gonna get when you come out of there is a Starbucks situation.

I really enjoy having the order on the app option, it saves time on my way to work!

Parking: There is parking out front along with a few spots for those running in to pick up orders.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking and plenty of room to navigate inside.

This Starbucks needs new leadership. It’s my last resort Starbucks, as in - I need a pick me up and don’t have time to specifically NOT go to this location.

Cons:
- Order accuracy, 3/5 times my order will be input wrong. Small things…. Like forgetting to order my breakfast sandwhich or ringing in the wrong drink. Usually not an issue, I don’t mind asking for a new drink. But I’m on my way to work… I don’t have 30 minutes to spend waiting and then trying to figure out what’s wrong with my drink, to only find out it’s the wrong drink entirely; and YES I do check to make sure it’s mine before picking it up.

-being the only person in line and standing there awkwardly, while baristas try to avoid eye contact with me. Like I get it, you’re busy. But say hello, idc. Let me know you see that I’m here waiting.

-lobby is never clean.

Just very obvious the SM needs to be on the floor coaching.

I literally never post negative reviews, but when I’m paying $16 for a breakfast sandwich and a non-custom coffee and it’s ALWAYS this bad. I have to say something.

Too crowded. Nowhere to sit. I used to frequent the Starbucks over by Best Buy just up the road but they are gone now. So I stopped here instead. The coffee and pastry is ok. I had to sit outside because there was no indoor seating available

This was my go to Starbucks location for 7 months. I got my coffee and food and set up in my corner every morning and worked. The staff there is the best. I have a new job so I will have to call a new location home and will miss the morning staff!
