Tea is nice but the buying process is so long and exhausting if there's someone indecisive in front of you waited about 30 minutes to get tea and there us only one person in front of us when we got in the store

Great selections of tea, employees were kind. It felt weird being asked for a tip during check out, I don’t know if I’ll be back. Do better and pay your employees a livable wage so they don’t have to ask for tips.

A great little shop to find a wide variety of loose leaf teas. They have all varieties too, white, green, black, oolong, herbal and even some yerba mate. If you're into tea, you won't want to pass them up. All of it is great quality, too.

A must visit for tea enthusiast. This shop is filled with so many varieties of teas and accessories that you will find something you like. You simply start on one side of the wall and walk around the room smell tasting. If you enjoy smelling nature, this will blow your senses away!! The nice young lady, Mei had a good knowledge of the teas and how the accessories worked, I was impressed! ??

The worst customer service. I was in there yesterday, and was so excited to be getting some tea, in a special tin. I had already asked for my tea and picked out a tin, and given it to the lady to fill with the tea. I was looking for a reusable teabag, which was locked in a case, I needed help getting it, but he lady stopped helping me when a woman and her 4 children came in and almost filled the tiny store. I was ignored and couldn't finish my purchase. She didn't seem to care either, so I walked out, and wasn't able to purchase anything....I hope the woman with all the little tiny kids bought something. I won't be going back.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. Will come back for teas here anytime I'm in the area.The teas are also quite excellent as well and they provide an incredible variety. Truly a candy store for tea drinkers.

While the customer service woman was very friendly and helpful, the black tea selection was woefully picked over and I still had to place an order for delivery. The delivery charge was free, which was nice, but as of this review, it has been about a week and I'm still waiting. I thought going to the mall was instant gratification? I'm sure it's not the stores fault and that it's just supply chain issues everywhere, but it was still disappointing when that's why I had come to the mall. I still however walked out of there with some tea and the woman was very nice.

Love this place. The representatives are very knowledgeable and friendly, and their teas are amazing. I highly recommend their rooibos blends, as well as the London Fog Earl Grey with rose petals and lavender.

The selection was awesome. But they were out of stock with 90% of their product due to covid. The tea we did get was rather weak. Might have been old stock. Ordered some to be mailed and its been 3 weeks and they don't have a date for me. I think i will get my money back. Too bad.. might be another business going under bc of supply issues.
