Very disappointed AGAIN!!! Hardest bread 🥖 I can barely bite my sub and hurts to bite. I asked for fresh bread because the same thing happened before. Lost me as a customer bye

To start, this location will rob you if you're not careful. We bout 5 meals, one roll, in total to include 2 kids meals. The employee refused to give us the drinks or sides for the kids meals. We recieved the sandwiches and assuming they were getting the rest, while waiting at the counter I went ahead and paid. Then we stood for a minute making awkward eye contact waiting. I proceeded to ask for the rest of the kids meals. The employee started yelling at me and my family saying I would have to pay for it. I realized she was probably on drugs, so I instead asked for a refund. I never removed anything from the counter. She grabbed the receipt and started speaking in Spanish to the other employee. My wife who is Mexican understood it all and was not okay with it. She told the employee we did not take any food and we wanted a receipt. The employee realizing my wife spoke Spanish begin yelling at her and grabbed the bag of food and took it to the back. She returned yelling at my wife and I in front of other customers and my children. We explained that if we didn't get a refund we would contact the police. We left and did just that. All while other customers were watching and leaving due to the employees behavior. The police arrived and attempted to descalate the employee. They then tried to return the food still absent the items we purchased, no longer fresh and had been taken out of view of the front for whatever strange reason while everything unfolded. I can only imagine what rude employees do when the food in a subway is no longer visible while being prepped! I called the store number to file a complaint on multiple occasions only to be hung up on by who I can only assume is the same employee from that day. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ASSIST ME IN MAKING SURE THIS PLACE DOES NOT RECEIVE YOUR BUSINESS. They do not deserve it and my family did not deserve what happened that day. To be clear I never received my food or a refund. This is terrible as well.

I was very disappointed with this location. I came to the store around 1pm. I ask for a custom sandwich however when I went upto the register to pay and show the employee my coupon they said this location does not take coupons unless it’s a certain sandwich. No where in that location I saw any signs saying only certain sandwiches is when coupon is accepted at this location. On the subway coupon I did not see the sandwich I was getting can’t be applied with a coupon so arguing with me for couple minutes they said you can order online and use the coupon online and pay online. I go online no option to make your own sub so I just click a random sandwich with a meal and paid for that with my coupon. Once the order came into their system the employee said they have to remake the sandwich because I didn’t select the sandwich online that was suppose to be no.16 on the menu. Again I did not say I want no.16 when I ordered in person because it was a custom sandwich. I told the employee why would it matter what sandwich I selected since the amount is going to be whatever the coupon has listed. The employee had the audacity to tell me that it will mess up their inventory but the other sandwich was already made. Then the other employee told me to just keep the sandwich I originally ordered and I asked for a supervisor phone number so I can let them know how their employees do not know how to communicate with paying customers, their customer service skill is very poor and the tone of their voice incredibly disrespectful. When I called the number it was one of the employees that was working there and answered I asked her if the location have a different number for who is in charge of this location but the employee said she has no idea. How is this business still running with out their employees knowing whose even the owner or district manager. They have lost another customer

I think anyone can tell by reading all the most recent comments that this subway is bad. Not only is the customer service bad but also they don't offer kids meals in the store, only on the app. Their reason is they don't have a button for it, they can't type it in, and they have no Way to make up for that.

Check your pickup orders. Only the sandwiches were in the bag. They don't offer the products available on the app such as any kid's meals or fountain lemonade and we had to ask for the chips and drinks for the combos.

Customer service is terrible we ordered 2 sandwiches to go and 2 employees did not look like they even cared to work there. Waste of $$ not to mention the food looked un appetizing. Now I know why I don’t go to Subway anymore. I recommend Jersey mikes across from Southcenter.
