This review is for the morning of April 15. First, I’ll say the store itself is nice and clean, and the sandwich quality is what you’d expect from a typical Subway franchise.
However, what made me give this a 1-star rating was the employee. I ordered a DOUBLE meat tuna sandwich (not deluxe), which should come with 8 scoops of tuna. The employee only gave me 6 scoops. When I pointed this out, instead of fixing it, she doubled down and insisted she gave 8. I worked at Subway for over a year, so I know exactly how this works. Everyone makes mistakes, and I’m usually pretty understanding, but the refusal to acknowledge the mistake is what really frustrated me.
Worst subway and service ever. We had an active coupon and the woman worker who was making my sandwich blatantly lied saying my coupon expired while it was active. Constantly pressuring me to speed up my order (while there was only one person waiting after me) and super stingy to add veggies and made me ask her multiple times. Very rude and cutting of my sentences. Would give zero stars of I could.

Very rude employee. We come to this subway 3 times a week and my co workers cuz its very close to our work but after 3 attempt of rude behavior we all decided not to go this location again
Came in for lunch, i was the only customer in the store. There were 4 employees behind the counter. 3 of them appeared to being trained on something, and only 1 making sandwiches. I stood there for a few minutes completely ignored by them. I wasn't greeted, I wasn't told but hold on for a moment. It was awkward and so I just left I went across the way I discovered an amazing teriyaki place.
This subway doesn't know how to make a sandwich. And it's the only thing they're supposed to do. Don't go here. It's bad.
The employee that handled our order was on his phone the entire time he took our order and mumbled when speaking to us making it hard to tell what he said or who he was talking to. They were out of various things including half the ingredients for my cheesy garlic philly, which was never discussed with me before they substituted 2x creamy cheese sauce with a tiny sprinkle of what looked like shredded mexican cheese mix then tried to wrap it up without toasting it, who tries to give someone a cold ass philly cheesesteak? They were out of MAYO(?)... said no sandwich shop I've ever visited. Lastly, it's been awhile since I've been to a Subway, but what the heck is going on with this ridiculously overcomplicated menu. Not looking good, Subway, not at all.
Went in an hour before closing and got denied service? i get coming in 10 to 5 mins before… but a whole hour is crazy. the guy said they start mopping at 9pm so they are closed 🤦🏻♀️ As a former subway employee i already knew that was complete BS, none of the food was put away… and making one sandwich takes less than 5 mins of your time 🙄 at least pretend like your busy closing instead of sitting down in the corner next to the mop bucket on your phone. The guy working too was extremely rude about it. Looking at me like i just broke in after hours. next time just lock the door and turn the open sign off if your not going to serve anyone!
The girl was very kind but let me tell you the whole entire bucket of lettuce was so rotted that there was not one piece of greenery in it it was all brown and I just skipped it. The girl was very thoughtful and went out of her ways to make sure my sandwich was the best it could be when it came to the toasting of it and extra sauce and stuff that I need in order to swallow it.

So overpriced it's ridiculous. This used to be the place for a cheap sandwich. $5 footlong. Now it's like Panera prices with the lowest quality of ingredients.
Ordered a BMT for my late shift tonight. Sandwich was a disgusting mess. Bread was hard and condiments being squirted on the top didn’t help. I threw it away since turning around to get a refund wasn’t an option!!! Your raspberry cookies were also raw. Thanks for ruining my dinner and money down the drain.

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Subway and I've been a regular at their franchise for over 10 years. I wanted to get my online order sandwich toasted and the guy completely ignored me asking several times. Also took them about 10 minutes and calling the store manager to find the receipt for my order and start working on it. I'm going to seriously reconsider going to Subway anymore after the experience. The sandwich is also terrible. It's really unfortunate how bad this brand is now. Oh they also messed up my partners order too, which only consisted of literally 2 ingredients. I'm actually done with this brand now.

The restaurant was just meh. Standard subway, nothing impressive, but also not bad either. The place was clean, but there was some high pitched beeping sound that went off every five minutes or so. Probably the slowest sandwich maker I've seen, but she was nice.

I'm just giving it this rating because we didn't even get a chance to go inside! My son wanted Subway after his soccer game last night so we googled the closest Subway. It said it closed at 10 pm. We showed up 15-20 mins prior and they locked the doors while the open sign was still lit. There was a few people making stuff for people inside but locked their doors early. One employee even saw us looking outside and did nothing. If your business says 10, stay open until 10. Closing up shop 15-20 mins early is a bit much.
