Best conveyor belt sushi I’ve ever had! Conveniently located near the gym and mall, Sushi Omiya has great prices and quality sushi for a quick sushi joint. For 4-5 plates I spend about $20-$25, and get chicken Karaage, salmon nigiri x2, tempura udon, and another role. My friends and I usually get seated pretty quickly, but Friday evenings seem to be their busiest day so expect a wait. The staff are attentive and friendly. I've been here MANY times, I actually have an entire list of ratings of most of their menu items because I love coming here, I've brought all my friends, my family, it was one of my first datesI was SO disappointed that today the customer service was absolutely terrible, they didn't bring us utensils until we asked, and the straws we requested were never broughtThese are little things, as a service worker I can understand but where my understanding stops is when they overcharged us by a plate. This hasn't happened before to my knowledge, but this was a substantial order so we went back and asked because we had counted the amount over 4 times between my mother and I and came out with the same total, we had 12 plates split evenly between usAfter trying to ask for a refund for just one of those plates (a plate that was only 3.75) they put us under a lot of scrutiny, and then pulled out the cameras and claimed that they could count them from an aerial view despite the plates being in the corner and covered by other things and that it was 5, they refused to give a refund of any kind. Honestly, I can't imagine pulling out cameras to insist over 3.75, just know that they are going to try to overcharge you :/Make sure to count your plates and take a photo ?

Some of the best sushi in Seattle for the price. Especially down in Southern Seattle area. My wife and I have tried a few other places in this area and their quality is just not as good. There are more expensive places in the city but I don't think they're any better, just different.

Restaurant clean, staff service was ok. Sushi was good. Cost was affordable. The conveyor took long periods of time to rotate the food around with a long gap of no trays rotating. Only recommend for quick weeknight meal - nothing awful or spectacular about the overall experience. Just mediocre.
2 person party one of us has a CRAB ALLERGY but we still enjoyed a good variety of sushi. It was easy to see what plates were coming around on the belt however we ordered fresh because of the allergy. Eventhough, we never waited long for sushi and enjoyed a safe meal.We felt taken care of.

I had a rather interesting experience, service was okay, most of the employees have hard to understand accents, food is great, concerned about freshness considering it goes around on a conveyer belt, atmosphere was great, very fun design and the conveyer belt was a fun idea, but not originally theirs, the original place (sushi-land) was shut down by covid. Overall pretty cool place, recommended
