Guys attitude at the drive thru was awful. Need to get training on customer service buddy your getting paid cause we the customers are buying your product. So sad 😞 bad attitude never attracts customers

I like going here as they always prepare my order correctly in a rather fast amount of time. I always order on the app for take-out inside to avoid the drive-thru line, so I park and walk in to get my order. A problem i usually have is when I go inside and wait at the front register, many times there isn't an associate there because they are tending to the drive-thru area. I try to be patient if I know my order is sitting to the left on the to-go shelf, and refrain from just grabbing it and leaving. The annoying thing is when there are several associates in the food preparation area, and I make eye contact with them, thinking someone might acknowledge my presence and come over. That hardly ever happens. The least they can do is let the drive-thru associate know that someone is at the front counter so I'm not being ignored. It seems kind if pointless to order on the app for take-out inside if I'm gonna be standing there for 8 to 10 minutes being ignored half the time. Its also even more pointless to order on the app and sit in the drive-thru line behind 8 cars. I just need associates to acknowledge all customers just like the drive-thru ones, or put a bell at the counter we can tap to let employees know someone needs attention. I'll do my best to stay patient but it is hard sometimes.

I spend a lot of my Ellen day driving around. I have a few go-to spots that I’ll grab something at and this is in my top 4 because everything has always been hot/fresh, the staff are friendly and provide quick service.

First time in a long time I’ve got food poisoning. Yesterday evening I ate taco. The meat tasted funny. When I got home I projectile vomited. My husband hadn’t ate any yet, so he was spared. We tossed the rest to be safe.
Food safety rating said excellent so I wasn’t worried, but then this happened.
