Good prices, good food, good service! Gladys was very nice, and helped me figure out which items were vegetarian. The ranch is less like typical ranch, and more like extra-good sour cream, I'd definitely try it on anything you'd put sour cream on.

Worst place to eat. But every place in this area is terrible and way over priced. It's close to the airport so every business is a over priced rip off and the service is terrible the customer service here and every where in this area is terrible.it doesn't deserve one star

Customer service is horrible
Used to have taco time in our home town so had to go. Food different than we remember. Had to pay for sauces and they spilled one of ours and didn't replace it. They quickly take your order, dump it at you and never see staff again.

The price of a #1 combo is cheaper than buying the items individually by only 18 cents.
Some of the food items here are extremely expensive for what you're getting.

My wife placed an order online. I came over to pick it up. The drive thru was empty, but 1 car. I drive down and speak at the prompt that I’m here to pick up a mobile order. The guy, sounding incredibly mad for some reason says, “YOU HAVE TO COME IN!”.
That’s weird. I’ve picked up orders in the drive through. The app says it’s allowed. I guess I have to back out of the whole drive through so that I can park and go in. Well, like I said, nobody is there so I back all the way out and park, and then go in.
The same guy comes up to the register and says “what?”, like “what do you want?” type of tone. I said “I’m here to pick up a mobile order” (which, I mean, that should be obvious. You just spoke to me on the telecom and told me to come in). He passes me the bag and says nothing. I check the name and it’s correct. There’s 3 or 4 people working there, all on their phones. The bag of food was within reaching distance of the drive through window. In fact, it was more work for him to bring it to the register to hand it to me than it would’ve been to pass it through the window where I once was.
All in all, this guy gave me a ton of attitude, made more work for both of us, and over complicated it. Why everyone else is being paid to stand around on their phones is also a mystery.
