The teriyaki chicken is pretty good here! My only complaint is the portion size and the prices for everything are pretty steep for what you get. It’s a good option if you’re hungry after 10p in the area.

I asked for a half spicy half regular chicken teriyaki and it's the the spicy was good the regular Teriyaki they just gave me chicken they didn't cook the chicken in the sauce and the sauce came separately. There wasn't hardly any sauce on My Teriyaki it was all just in the bottom of the container after I poured it on I had to absorb it with the rice

Just be nice to your customers. The quality of customer service has declined here over the past two years or so. I used to get an enthusiastic welcome and a smile when I entered. Today, the woman behind the counter barely looked at me and just said “Yes?” I still gave her a warm “hello” and a smile, to which she made momentary eye contact and winced a smile at me. After I gave my order, she quickly asked “to go?” It felt like she was rushing me out, but I still took my order there. As always, the food was delicious. The kitchen staff is always on point here—truly the reason I keep coming back. On the way out, I gave an enthusiastic “thank you!” and got no response from the woman behind the counter.

I got chicken teriyaki and a chicken katsu and it was your run of the mill Japanese food. Definitely tasted fresh but the Chicken teriyaki lacked sauce. The Katsu tasted like they used old oil. What I really liked was the salad, they give a lot of dressing and it was much appreciated.

I came in to get food for my sick brother and they told me they don’t like my behaviour please leave because I asked them to make me the same thing I got last time but with no chicken, the Asian guy was very rude and very very racist I do not agree with this one bit !

My husband and I are visiting from Las Vegas, NV, and we absolutely loved the food here! We’re genuinely sad there isn’t one of these locations back home, but we’ll be coming back as often as we can before we leave. If you’re looking for fresh Japanese food, we highly recommend this spot! They even offer complimentary Misu Soup when you dine in!
I was visiting my hometown Seattle a week ago and decided to stop at teriyaki time with a few family members. There was a wait, which was no problem since we all thought the food was going to be fresh and we made the mistake of taking it home, which was like another five minutes from this establishment. The chicken teriyaki that we got was not fresh. You could tell the meat have been sitting for a while. It was pretty stale. I will never go back there again, highly disappointing .
