We came on an admittedly busy day and ordered our 2 burgers. After 45 minutes patiently waiting for our order I checked to see if I could change our order to take away as we had tickets to an event at 7pm nearby. I also asked how much longer. 10 minutes, they said. Fine. We’d take our food and be a little late.
