Ordered the chicken and lamb curry tacos from their new Tukwila lunch pick-up spot and they were AMAZING! So full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and I got a free passion fruit juice that was delicious too. My husband walked in the house and immediately said "Something smells really good!". Delicious!!! Fragrant!! Unique!! It was so good and the staff is SO GENUINELY KIND HEARTED!!! They're quick and the food is consistent! I had the Waygu beef tacos and tried a friends chicken curry! Soooo good! They even have salmon and vegan (mushroom) civiche! So many people were ready for them to arrive and let them know they'd be back for more next week! And so will I whether it's a pop up shop or the Tukwila Location!!

Each week they have different menu items, all are delicious. If you like flavor you have to try Tolu, and if they have their island punch... get it. Wow! What an amazing culinary experience. I wasn't sure what Fijian cuisine was, but decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. I had the waygu beef curry tacos. Portion size was perfect, flavors hit all the right spots and chased it down with the island punch. Got a taste of the ceviche and it was spot on.Family run pop up run by 3 brothers. Definitively w with the drive.

I've been wanting to try Tolu for a long time and finally I had a chance to try it! My expectations were high and Tolu delivered! We had the beef and chicken tacos and both were amazing. The fry bread was perfect. I didn't get a chance to snap a pic as we practically inhaled it! Can't wait to go back!

These guys are amazing! Super friendly family business! I love their vegan plate and island punch, so much flavor and I could literally eat the pineapple slaw by the tub! I want to keep going to the Pt Ruston market just to eat their food ?? Highly recommend!
