Was looking for a coffee place in Tukwila, as we had a lunch meeting later in the day. Stumbled onto this place, with very high ratings, but had never been there before. From the moment we walked in, and we're greeted by a very friendly JoJo, who is an amazing human being, and an awesome barista. it was a very positive experience I'm not usually a fan of Ethiopian coffee, but whatever they do here, made it the "nectar of the gods". This was an amazing cuppa coffee (Americano). I went back to try a shot of espresso, just to see what the difference was with cream and just straight espresso by itself. The espresso shot was really good. From an ambience perspective, it's very industrial, contemporary. It is in the lobby of the interurban hotel, and there is a fair amount of traffic that comes and goes through the coffee shop. So, if you're in the area of the Southcenter / Tukwila/ airport, and want a quality coffee shop, that's relatively easy to get in and out of, with a good amount of parking, stop by this place. JoJo will take very good care of you. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks for making it an awesome day.

The coffee is completely undrinkable. I'm not super picky and will drink Folgers if it's served. I tried this place twice-everyone has a bad day-and I couldn't swallow the coffee it tasted so bad. Three other friends tried on separate occasions and they thought it was awful as well.

Best coffee in Seattle. Quant coffee shop with ethically sourced coffee beans and milk alternatives.

Coffee was great. Had alternative options. Some good options as well. Friendly. I didn't stay but appeared inviting to sit down and sip a coffee for a while.

Coffee is strong and smooth, matcha latte is actual matcha and the barista is EVERYTHING. She is holding it down and makes every drink to perfection. Closes early but that's literally the only con.

Coffee was okay. Matcha latte was horrible. Food options were also horrible. Plus the trash was so full people were stacking trash on the table next to it.....

Have no idea what the coffee is like. Stayed at the hotel, looking forward to a coffee at 6am. Still sitting here at 6:40am and it still isn't open. Travel to Seattle and can't get coffee. Huh...... zero out of 10, do not recommend.

Says they are currently open right now till 2 pm but the cafe has its gate halfway closed? It is 10 AM currently. I asked the lady behind the counter to see if there were open. She reply's back with so much attitude, "opens at 6 AM". I was really confused y this. I saw another hotel employee walk by me. I asked him what time the cafe is open. The lady behind the cafe counter heard me ask him and yells back, "I told you 6 am we open". Giving me a look that I am literally dumb. I followed up with my last question, what time do you close ? The lady behind the counter looks at me and huffs likes an animal then looks away. I was so shocked. The hotel employee noticed this as well. To make things less awkward. The employee responded , we close at 2pm. As I look back at the cafe , the employee behind the counter is giving me the worst look I have ever seen. WTF

Jojo is so sweet and attentive! Her attitude and personality really liven up the space! It’s clear she enjoys her job and her customers, and I hope to have the opportunity to swing by again for another coffee! Thank you Jojo!

The coffee was good so I’d give that 5 stars and they had peppermint. Lol. Anyways the 3 stars are for something else. I asked if any of the food items had nuts in them and was told that the place was nut free. I was glad about that since I do have a tree nut allergy. I went ahead and ordered a coffee cake and got it to go since I was heading to the airport. I ended up taking it out to eat as a snack and with the first bite I could tell there was something crunchy. Upon examination I saw that the filling for the coffee cake was filled with nuts. I immediately stopped eating it and threw it away because yet again I’m allergic to tree nuts. I am disappointed that I was told the place was nut free and it’s not. Please have the staff educated and/or atleast have the ingredient list for food items available. Thanks.

This place is fine for what it is, but note that they don't have a proper espresso machine. I had drip coffee, which was fine, but not special. The person who served us was lovely. If I were staying in the hotel I'd be happy to find this in the lobby, but not worth visiting otherwise.
