I had a bad experience with the waiters. The discrimination is real and they do not hide it. On a particular day they kept on serving white customers and ignoring the African one, me. At one point I asked for tea and it took 13 mins to deliver it. When the white waiter did deliver hit, he didn't bring a stirring spoon and I had to wait for another 10 mins. Just when I thought my experience couldn't get any worse, the senior looking waiter came and asked me to leave the table i was using so that a white family can use it. The table wasn't reserved. People using interurban hotel get breakfast there on a first come first service basis.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for any minorities. You wouldn't know it is 2025 there.

We stayed at the Interurban and ate dinner the first night and breakfast each morning at Rendition. Dinner menu was excellent and breakfast buffet was fresh and flavorful. Though the manager wasn't particularly skilled at customer service,the servers we interacted with were fantastic. Service from Amina at breakfast each morning was delightful. Despite the crowd, she kept a smile and was genuinely friendly, quick with beverages and other requests, and made a point to remember things about guests. The care she showed for her customers was evident in the smiles of individuals when she walked away from interacting with their tables. I spent two decades managing food and beverage operations, and Amina is the gem of an employee I never wanted to lose.

My son and I were visiting from out of town and stayed at the Hotel Interurban for a couple of nights. We were seated in a timely manner, but that was the extent of the service there. We had the āhot breakfastā buffet. The older white waitress did not come to get our drink orders nor give us plates for the buffet like she did with the other customers. I had to get the plates off of a tray cart. We got our food, and the eggs were cold and the other food items were room temperature at best. I tried raising my hand to get the waitressās attention to ask for drinks, but she ignored me. So, I got up to ask another waitress to help us. She took a long time getting the drinks and even gave our drinks to another table who came in after I ordered the drinks. I ended up having to go to the bar to ask for our drinks again and waited there until they were ready. By the time we got our drinks, my son was done eating. Our experience was so bad that we didnāt go there for breakfast again the next day even though it was included in our hotel stay. We ended up going somewhere else to eat. Needless to say, we will not be staying at the Hotel Interurban next time we go to Seattle and definitely will not be eating at the Rendition again.

13 dollars for french fries!!!! Give me a break!!!!!Travis the bar tender was super nice.Its a little over priced but we paid .Only the french fries are astronomic overpriced.Ruined our dinner.I think these are the most expensive fries that I have ever have here in the US and around the world!!!

I've been attending this local establishment since 2022 and the great customer service team like Karen, Magen, Rosio and Travis have made this more like my second home. If you come by the weekdays you will most likely see Karen ,Magen and Rosio. I can speak all day about them!!! Magen's great customer service and sincere conversation is what brings me back to the establishment. If you're unsure about a particular beer choice Magen will always steer you towards the right beer they have on tap as well with food . Rosio as well brings that aspect to the team, her smile welcomes you Rendition and right away you feel at home . I can definitely say if any of them where to go I would find it hard to come back as a regular. I also want to give a shout out to the management that keeps these great teams together. As you may know it's hard to find dedicated staff that are well put together. If are any establishments are looking for a successful blueprint team/ management take a look at rendition there definitely a winning team !!!
