Seriously impressive drive thru speed and quality at this location. Way to go y’all!
Avoid this location. Im tired of having bad experiences here. Tonight was the last straw. Wasted 20+ minutes of my life in drive thru. Had the 2 cars before me AND me “please wait” 3-5 mins before even letting them order. Took soooo long. The cars behind me got so mad that they started rage-honking. Its unacceptable for fast food actually. So below Wendy’s corporate standards. And. All this waiting just for a salad and chicken nuggets. Points via Wendys app wouldn’t work. Manager incompetent. Everyone speaking only Spanish (which I am decently fluent in, by the way) and they were just laughing and treating their jobs like jokes. Completely uncaring at the lack of their customer service & overall piss-poor, slow, lazy performance of their duties. So disappointing. Luckily the Wendy’s in Kent and Covington are way better.

I made my first visit to a Wendy's and was not disappointed. Server was friendly and helpful despite my English accent proving a little tricky for him to understand at times but we got the correct food ordered and when it came it was fresh and tasted good. Overall a good experience and I'd visit again next time I'm in the area.
