I ordered and when I got to the windows to pay the guy handed me my bag and I asked for two ranches and told him I would be happy to pay for the extra one the lady said oh you have to pay for both. I said no I get one free with my crystals and she was very rude and no. But after reading their reviews I can see they have a lot of problems with poor service...

Charging 50 cents for a tiny little sauce packet is crazy when all the other fast food places give it away for free do we have to start paying for ketchup too?

It's a good thing that this location is convenient because their service here is terrible. They almost always get my order wrong. Twice they've forgotten fries, last time there was almost no salt on my fries, this time I asked for no onions, I get up to the window, they immediately hand me my food, which would have been fine if they had actually bothered to put no onions on there. No, I'm willing to bet that burger was already sitting there and that they didn't bother making one that I actually ordered.
