Order our meal at 1:07 and after waiting 35 min we saw 2 people that orders after us getting food before us. Asked for a refund because they didn’t even start our order. How horrible to make people wait 35 min and not even think anything of it when you see them sitting in the lobby.

Had lunch there recently and we ordered two 6 piece meals. The food was good but it took almost 30 minutes to get our food and when I asked what was taking so long they said they were busy but there was only one other person there…there was one employee there that just sat on their phone the entire time we were there

Went in to pick up an Uber Eats order. The woman at the counter tried to coerce me into verifying the order before I received all of the items. When I told her I couldn't verify items I didn't actually have according to Uber's ToS, she threaten to "make sure I never came to this restaurant again." Not sure why she's on this power-trip, but demanding that someone lie and possibly lose their job is beyond unreasonable. I hope they do make sure I don't go back so I don't have to deal with that nonsense again.

We had never been to Wingstop as we don’t have them in Canada. Micaela was fantastic she explained the menu thoroughly. She was friendly and incredibly helpful. The food was really good!! Can’t wait to go back the next time we are in the US.

The food was good, but the service made sure we will never come back. Some sort of staff party was being held, we were the only ones in there and our food took more than 15 minutes. Any sort of question was met with irritation and no real response. Would not recommend. Try Buffalo Wild Wings across the parking lot.

Great chicken, slow service...waited 25 minutes for 7 piece tenders, and not busy. The staff wasn't that friendly except the Hispanic lady that took my order. They had 6-8 working so why so slow? However it's always slow even when busy. I will be going to their new location in the Renton QFC shopping center.

Parking: Plenty of free parking.

I went there on an evening. It was pretty much empty in the place. Excellent wings. They came out fast and delicious.
Good dipping sauce quantity too it’s not that little tiny sauce container.

This was my first experience at Wingstop and I was incredibly disappointed with the service. I ordered to go, and had to come back in because the workers forgot the sauce that I had clearly paid for. When I went back inside and told the staff that they had forgot my sauce the lady insisted that she had put it in the bag, and accused me of lying about fricken ranch!! I was so fed up that I offered to pay extra because the lady did not believe me. I ended up paying $9 for a large ranch when I could have just gone to a grocery store and bought a whole bottle for even less. Overall I would not recommended going to this location as this middle aged woman accused me of lying and made me pay extra rather than owning up to her own mistake. It was just ridiculous.

I also want to mention that the lady who took my order (Micaela) was very sweet and kind. This message is not directed to her at all.
