I am living in the US almost 10 yers....and this is the best delicious drink!!!!!!

I ordered brown sugar milk tea and paid, then they side they don't have the brown sugar any more, but the price is still the same. What they gave me tasted terrible.

Wow, I got an avocado and yogurt smoothie. I couldn't even drink it at first and debated throwing it away, but after adding some sugar, I was able to drink a bit more. However, I ended up tossing it afterward.

I came to mall at 11:15 am because on website, it says they open at 11 am but there’s nobody until 11:23 am but I was planning on waiting for them anyways because I drive 30 miles just to get the purple rice drink. Someone showed up at 11:23 am and I was hi whenever you’re ready I would like to order and he rolled his eyes. I understand he’s prolly late and he must be not in good mood but I didn’t appreciate that. I was so excited to for my drink and he messed up my mood too. I was standing there the whole time but he was on his phone, the drink was ready and he didn’t say a word. And left again with his trolly and walking watching his phone.

The yogurt drinks are so good and there were 2 girls working that were very friendly and helped me fast.

This guy groans, sighs, and shakes his head as soon as people walk up to the counter. Probably shouldn't be working there if you hate your job that much. He turned off the screen as soon as I made my purchase.

This was 2/7 around 840pm. There’s 20 minutes before closing.

Hire better, nicer people.

Worst customer service! I came to this store quite few times in the past year, but my recent experience has been the worst. It seems there’s always just one guy working behind the counter, and last time when I came, he was washing blender in the sink, and I noticed the kiosk was off, so I kindly asked him if he can help me ordering through his register, he looked back at me and yelled at me “no orders now”. There is not even basic manners

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a watermelon island under the "smoothie" section of the menu and received a slushee. I nicely asked the Asian woman making the drinks if she could remake it seeing as though I received a slushee instead of a smoothie as described in the menu. She told me she would not be remaking it due to it not being her problem that I ordered the wrong thing. Please do not ignore the bad reviews for this place, people are taking the time to write them for a reason!

Bad service, it took like 20 minutes for a drink

Do not go to this location. The quality of drinks is very low compared to the Bellevue location. This must be a franchise and whoever owns the Southcenter location is putting in zero effort into this store. I ordered the Purple Rice Yogurt drink, and the yogurt tasted sour and the purple rice was undercooked and hard. My drink was inedible. I’ve had this drink before and this location can’t even make the signature drink correctly.Yomie’s Rice Yogurt corporation should shut down this franchise location.

There's a witch working there. Our drink was taken by someone else as soon as the employee put it down and when my child told the employee it was snatched by someone else she told my daughter it's her loss. My daughter came back in tears cuz the employee was so rude to her. So my husband asked her to remake it or give us a refund. She very angrily remade it, slamming her equipment and shoving the drink in our faces like we had done something wrong. We had given this little troll a 20% tip for our already overpriced drink. Don't feel any guilt if you want to save your money by not tipping at this location. She's a nasty piece piece of work.

This is my first time ordering from here and I probably won’t again.. it was really good until I was finished
and saw a dead fly at the bottom. I hope
there wasn't more that I ate. Really
wanted to order from this place again but now I can't really trust it.
