The reviews for this place seem to be really hit or miss. I must have been lucky, I got my order pretty fast. The process to order was super simple. My yogurt drink tasted delicious. They also didnt complain when I asked if they. Would add a little bit of an additional flavor. Thats a bonus for good customer service. Idk what else to say besides the prices are great.

As far as im concerned this is my new favorite place to get a cool blended drink in this mall. It even gives a few of my favorite places outside of the mall a run for their money. Im excited to come back one day and try another one of their other drinks. It took me a while to choose because several options seemed like it would be just as good.

I ordered passion fruit with less sugar. I think he didn’t care anything and gave me a super sweet one. This guy hates his job. Ni service at all.

This site looks good. I like it. Hope I can drink the real sour milk what I wanted next time.

I love Yomie’s (several other locations) but the purple rice drink I had was questionably warm and not edible. Wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

I’m really hoping to like this place, but the customer service could be better. The guy who works here is a bit rude and not very professional. We ordered the purple rice yogurt, and it was really tasty! But we ordered 9 orders of it, and when we asked for bags, which we were happy to pay for, he said they didn’t have any but we can see them behind the counter.

Abysmal boba

I am living in the US almost 10 yers....and this is the best delicious drink!!!!!!

I ordered brown sugar milk tea and paid, then they side they don't have the brown sugar any more, but the price is still the same. What they gave me tasted terrible.

Wow, I got an avocado and yogurt smoothie. I couldn't even drink it at first and debated throwing it away, but after adding some sugar, I was able to drink a bit more. However, I ended up tossing it afterward.

I came to mall at 11:15 am because on website, it says they open at 11 am but there’s nobody until 11:23 am but I was planning on waiting for them anyways because I drive 30 miles just to get the purple rice drink. Someone showed up at 11:23 am and I was hi whenever you’re ready I would like to order and he rolled his eyes. I understand he’s prolly late and he must be not in good mood but I didn’t appreciate that. I was so excited to for my drink and he messed up my mood too. I was standing there the whole time but he was on his phone, the drink was ready and he didn’t say a word. And left again with his trolly and walking watching his phone.

The yogurt drinks are so good and there were 2 girls working that were very friendly and helped me fast.

This guy groans, sighs, and shakes his head as soon as people walk up to the counter. Probably shouldn't be working there if you hate your job that much. He turned off the screen as soon as I made my purchase.

This was 2/7 around 840pm. There’s 20 minutes before closing.

Hire better, nicer people.

Worst customer service! I came to this store quite few times in the past year, but my recent experience has been the worst. It seems there’s always just one guy working behind the counter, and last time when I came, he was washing blender in the sink, and I noticed the kiosk was off, so I kindly asked him if he can help me ordering through his register, he looked back at me and yelled at me “no orders now”. There is not even basic manners
