Been here a few times and if you look past all the tweakers in the area and the fact that its a gas station this pizza is so good! This place does not belong in a gas station it deserves to be its own restaurant 100%.

Pizza was cold and flat, it looked nothing like the pictures and service was slower than I was told.

Much like other reviewers, I was surprised to find out this place is located inside a gas station. I ordered online for pickup 30 minutes later, and when I pulled in, I actually saw the employee run up and lock the door from the inside...it was the middle of the day, during business hours!! I sat outside for about 5 minutes quite perplexed, eventually she opened the doors back up when someone came to get gas. It was then I was told she hadn't even started my order. I was eventually given my pizzas nearly an hour late, and they were undercooked and terrible.

I think the pizza needs more sauce but the crust is great. Will have to come by more often.

TL:DR - Decent pizza brought down a peg by a lack of sauce.A good pizza has four well-balanced elements: crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. A Pizza House doesn't quite have that balance down, as they tend to focus solely on crust and cheese. That makes for a tasty meal, but not a good pizza. On all of my visits (this is my first at their Marysville location, but I've visited the Everett location on several occasions), their sauce has been bland and almost non-existent and the toppings have been similarly bland and are applied in Little Caesars amounts. Knowing this from prior visits, I specifically ordered triple-sauce on the most recent pie and was disappointed to find nothing of the sort. What you're left with is a very sturdy and cheesy slice that is primarily salt-forward and little else. The crust is on the soft and floppy side, but better than many. The cheese is the primary flavor on Pizza House pies and that's not a horrible thing. Just not, exactly, what I'm looking for.I paid $20 for my large pepperoni pizza via their "walk-in special." That's fair for any pizza that has a pound of cheese on it. Service was friendly and as expected. On my personal scale, based on the Portnoy Rules (which everybody knows) and my personal taste, A Pizza House is a lackluster 5.4.

This is a good example of " it's not what's on the outside, it's the inside that counts". It doesn't seem at all glamorous eating from the back of a gas station and I would love to hate it but..the food is really good! This is the second time we've ordered from here and we thought the first time might be a fluke of good food! Nope they are consistent! The salad last time was very fresh, large and tasty, and the pizza was great! This time, the pizza was great again, we ordered wings and a paneer roll. Great price and very tasty! We will order from here again!
