I was about to buy my mini pretzel dogs but changed my mind after witnessing the cashier staff with nose piercing being rude to the soft spoken and respectful customers before me. The staff mistakenly repeat the order wrong and the customer said the correct order but the cashier started yelling for making her confused. She kept on yelling and making side comments. Totally unnecessary and unacceptable. The other male staff behind her looked at her in disbelief.

I came with 3 kids but the cashier is don’t would accept cash 100$ bills. I have only 18$ in total small bills and 100$ bills. I am don’t have a wallet with me. She told me go somewhere change and after come back. When I asked show me the low or his company policy she answered we don’t have any proof of that but continue repeat that I need change money. I understand if she don’t have change. Absolutely disgusting place. I can’t recommend this place.

the cashiers were rude and were talking and laughing the whole time i was placing my order and there was 2 people at one register, one taking orders and the other one wasnt doing anything. when i was paying they looked at each other and laughed like something was funny🤬. this was on saturday, august 2nd at 4:17pm

Ordered pretzel dogs from this store off doordash and they sent me regular pretzels with zero explanation or apology when I complained. Guy acted like I should be happy I got anything at all. This isn't doordash's fault, it's completely the store. They filled the order and sealed the bag. This place sucks.

Aight so basically its usually fine but the stores always so cramped so i recommend they expand or something and also the normal pretzels are always disgusting and i had like 4 bags in my hand and this employee just kept handing me the 2 pretzels i ordered but i clearly needed a bag or else i would drop the damn pretzel . He didnt give me a damn bag until i side eyed him and ima be honest i think he was new. Also they have 2 registers but only ones ever open. I also think instead of 3 people they should have 5 because its annoying that they never have the pretzels or only one of each like damn. Also one time my mom got the cinnamon nuggets and they tasted very old and stale.

All employees seem to be highschoolers. I was literally standing at the checkout area and the employees ignored me and kept gossiping. I went to the other side and the girl was okay and took my order. Food was good

People were nice, but to have only sad flat old pretzels and none of the most commonly ordered items was a big let down.
Also stop asking for tips at a food court counter. It’s off putting and ridiculous.

The workers need more training and supervision. All three were in high school or college at the oldest. Elliot, working at 3pm 8/5/24, seemed more interested in talking than working. Three people were waiting for pepperoni bites but instead of making them, they made regular ones because that was the "order" in which they make them...no one ordered regular and no did during the 20mins I waited. I was told the wait was going to only be 5 mins but they estimated wrong. The whole crew needs to be retained as everything was slow and quality was awful. Hope the cameras were working an capturing the poor work ethic. Elliot and the other two girls seemed more interested in gossip than working.

Pretzels were meh and seemed overcooked. But my main issue is with the female employee working the cash register on Mother’s Day. According to other reviews this seems to be a common issue. Very rude, needed reminding several times regarding our order, (she kept forgetting), and kept staring at my Asian wife. She is very strange and should not work the cashier register (especially with an attitude like that) ??

The young lady with blonde hair was rude and made me wait double the time for my order while everyone else who ordered after me got their order first when I finally got my order she had stored it in the heating area where they keep the food. Please be more polite next
