We had pizza on 11/03/24, around 10:00 p.m. and we were served by an extremely friendly person, well in itself, they all were, but especially this person, I forgot to ask the name of this person, I only remember that he had glasses, Thank you very much!! Everything was excellent.?

I like this place. I had it once before and remembered that I’d liked it then and I still do. I had the Spicy Italian Stallion, adding ham, garlic and olives (that’s ranch on top). This place makes personal sizes pizzas much like MOD. Is it the best pizza? No, but I’m picky when it comes to pizza and this place passes. Super friendly staff.

We ordered two pizzas tonight and waited one hour for it. Asked for NO mushrooms and of course the pizza came with mushrooms on it. And to top it off the bottom of the pizza crust was black. Not just a little bit but totally burnt on the bottom.

The pizza wasn’t bad but it was the customer experience that frustrates me which is why I’m leaving this 1 star review. Ordered 1 pizza to go and signed my credit card slip. The cashier, Francisco, was upset that I didn’t leave a tip on the to-go order and let me know. I’m done with restaurant workers who feel entitled to an automatic tip for a to-go order. And to top it off, it took another 20 minutes for my pizza to be ready.

Rhey used tonoperate like MAD Pizza. That was when this was a positive experience.The food gets a star, the kind man at the cash register gets another star. The poor layout, and utter bizarre absence of flow loses a star. Completely inefficient manner in which the restaurant operates loses a star. Such is a huge turn off. Long wait loses a star.Vegetarian options: Many many options. Just no protein options for vegetarians that I noticed. Vegans are out of luck here.Parking: Tons of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Fukly accessible.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options, even a keto crust option.

I want to start by saying the pizza was really good but the time it took to get our order was terrible.As we waited in line for 30 minutes to order we had plenty of time to observe how inefficient the restaurant was ran. 8+ employees on the floor, 80% of the time 4 employees doing absolutely nothing. It was really weird actually. The girl that received the order was literally leaning against the wall most of the time. Seriously- Saturday night is a busy casino with an employee leaning against a wall. I guess her job was to take the order and put dough in a machine then pass it to the left. ? . There was a guy supervising the operation the entire time. He didn’t move, he supervised, standing in one place for 45 minutes- The weirdest thing I’ve ever seen at a busy restaurant on a Saturday night.This was the worst run restaurant I’ve ever seen- they should of been able to handle the amount of business in half the time considering the # of staff. They should consider changing their strategy to serve customers.
