I ordered passion fruit lemon green tea with coconut jelly and when I got the drink I didn’t see jelly in there so I went back to ask and it turns out they FORGOT the jelly and what they did is they ripped a hole on the cover and added jelly.didnt even apologize never coming again I hope I can give this place zero star

Worker(s) were outside the establishment smoking cigarettes. Was unsure if they wanted to allow to service their shop. Upon coming back from smoking, they did not wash their hands and immediately started handling food product after taking my order.
Luckily only ordered a pretty standard Blended Strawberry smoothie with Brown Sugar and popping Boba.
While the never came into direct contact with my food with their unwashed hands (that I could see), the food was fine. Just was a bit disturbed that I was served possibly tainted food.

The drink itself is a 4/10. They made my order totally wrong. Put loads of ice in it when i specified no ice, and the 2 workers there dont speak a word of english. I had to use google translate to get my drink. Overpriced aswell. Dont waste your time here

Worst experience i’ve ever had at a boba shop. The workers were very rude. I had ordered 2 passionfruit green teas and waited for over 30 MINUTES!! After waiting, I went up to the workers and asked why my order was taking so long. They had said that they already put my order on the pickup table like 20 minutes ago. As I was waiting at the pickup line, THE WHOLE TIME, it was never put there. I paid 17 bucks for the 2 drinks and I only got 1 at first. After asking them for the second one, they said I never ordered the second one. After telling them on and on that I payed for the second one again, they threatened to call security on me. I told them to check the cameras but they never did. Anyways, after over an hour of waiting I finally got my drinks. Since i’m just a kid, I think they tried to trick me. Never coming back ever again. I do not recommend AT ALL. If there was a option for 0 stars, I would definitely give them that.

Absolutely awful experience. I came in and ordered a drink specifically asking for ZERO sugar due to health reasons. What I got was a drink loaded with sugar it was undrinkable. I politely asked for a replacement, but the person behind the counter was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help.
Customer service was nonexistent. Instead of owning up to their mistake and offering to make it right, they acted like I was the problem. If you care about your health, your money, or just basic respect do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
They used soy milk instead of coconut milk and it was horrible.

I am genuinely concerned about my health lmfao. Not asking for sugar percent changes was the biggest mistake in my life. Service and atmosphere was normal but the actual food was something. Also, the boba price was okay, (for what i got), coming out to about $8.50. I had hope for this place and was praying the reviews were overreacting but next time I think I’m gonna have a bit more faith in the reviews.

Went here at 5pm and they closed early with no explanation I'm probably never going here again. ruined the whole experience plus we drove 3 hours just to get tea and it's closed honestly

Got a Thai tea, was super sweet and honestly disgusting. Had my friend who enjoys extra sweet drinks try it and even she said it was bad. Threw it away immediately, didn’t taste like authentic Thai tea at all. Disappointed, won’t be going back.
