Worst experience ever at any Bobs 20 minutes and counting waiting for our server to take our order

Nice little restaurant, with bar on one side. Friendly staff, I had a burger the way I wanted and they accommodated it, big plate of nachos to share with my friend, and a good pour as well. Will go back.

Nice place and food always enjoy Bobs

Two kids in the normal area having an anniversary date so I'm in the bar. Joking around with the bartender and other waitresses about making sure the kids don't order alcohol or 15 appetizers, so things started off good.

Ordered wings at the bar, extra blue cheese for the veggies...received three celery sticks and no carrots. Asked for more celery sticks, got some warm outside but still frozen in the center carrots, eventually got more celery sticks.

Asked about changing the channel since only three of us were at the bar in the moment, she was a little hesitant and then she walked away without an answer...I assumed she was asking permission. She comes back out, couple next to me literally moments later asked to switch the game from the TV behind us to the TV I'd asked to change...she switched it immediately. I mentioned what she had done and asked to change the other TV then, fake smile accompanied with switching through the Guide since customers can't be trusted with the remote. Chose F1 racing, instead it was all ads for health juice and now she's actively avoiding asking me anything while still very attentive to those on my left and right. Hasn't said a single word in at least 15 min until I asked for my bill.

Dang, their food is delicious -- and such large portions!

Casual stop for food. Wasn’t sure with the 4.1 rating. But very glad we stopped. Service was fairly quick. Very friendly service. Food was absolutely excellent!!!!

Waited a while and nobody came to seat us

The food was fantastic, unfortunately there was animosity and misunderstanding with the service. It's a sad state of affairs that our young people act so fragile. I understand that people have bad days, but when you show up to a job where your serving people, it is important to put that bad day on hold as you are serving people and representing the company. My partner is older and has difficulty hearing. It became a difficult situation for lack of patience and clarity that another server was put in her place. I dont typically come on here and give a bad review, but with servers wanting to be tipped should be mindful of the people they are serving.

We were there tonight for a large post wedding rehearsal dinner One server, Malia, took care of the entire party of almost 40 people. She was pleasant, efficient, and got every order, right. She is an asset to the restaurant and represents it extremely well
The drinks were delicious and the food was great and very generous portions.

Ok, sorry, no food picks scarfed that smash burger, Cuban, potato skins, and pablano soup so fast it didn't have a chance. I wanted to leave a review, though. You know those people that show up 30 minutes or even less from closing, gawd I hate that and I never want to be that a hole! Well I was the other night and want to tell all staff especially the cook I am so sorry, aaaaaaaaaand, eventhough it was closing one would expect the food to just be ehhh, my wife and I are still talking about the food Holy ish extremely tasty, so to the cooks Tuesday night thank you thank you thank you, I am now a Bobs Burger and Brew fan! The waitress, I forgot her name, yes I left good tip, but now that I think about it deserves way more, she was so kind, thank you thank you thank you!

Great food, terrible service! Have come here multiple times with my family and the service keeps getting worse every time , employees standing around watching tv as a host or gossiping in the empty seating by the bar! 20 minutes just to get a water refill after asking twice when the restaurant is pretty much empty. Food is delicious don’t get me wrong but I am really starting to think about not coming here anymore if the employees don’t change their act.

Do NOT eat here! I got food poisoning Sunday 3/9 eating the bacon burger from this place. I got potato salad as my side and even gave a few bites to my daughter, but she nor my husband got sick from the food there. My husband had the chicken strips and my daughter the kids grilled cheese both with fries. My burger was pink inside, but I didn’t think too much of it since you can eat a hamburger slightly pink. I should’ve sent it back asking for well done, huge mistake on my part for not calling them out right there. I vomited several times and was up throughout the night that evening and feeling very ill the following day too.
