First off, this place should have not accept us in the first place if they have problem with young kids. In the middle of eating our dinner, manager Shannon S. came up to our party stating that there were multiple complaints about our kids noises. We informed her that we can't stop our kids from crying. I know that everybody wants to eat in peace. They are an infant and a toddler. We are trying our best for them not to cry but we can't help it if they do. Our kids were intermittently crying but not to the point where it can cause disturbance to the other patrons. I would prob understand if my children were running around and were being obnoxious but this was not the case. I don't know exactly what this manager was trying to imply after approaching us. We didn't hear or see any customer complaints. I think it was more of a manager/staff complaints. We were near the kitchen and it was a heavy traffic area where there are lot of noises as well. The way this manager approached us is unprofessional and inconsiderate as we are also a paying customer. We didn't finish our dinner after what she told us. Lost our appetite. Just took all of our food to go since they made us feel like we weren't welcome at all. We couldn't believe what just happened. So while waiting for our check, I came up to manager Shannon S. and told her I didn't appreciate how she approached our party. Approaching the right way makes a big difference and I believe that since she's a manager that she should know how to handle this things better and appropriately. This so called "manager" didn't even apologize to us. She called her boss Tim and he spoke to me-which we already know she told her side of the story first because it took him a while to come out. At this point, we were just appalled. I felt like our conversation wasn't going anywhere as he already sided with his manager.So for the other people that has young children that will dine in this place, you might want to think twice. Definitely not a kid friendly place. Just go somewhere else.

And oh my gosh the food is 11/10 amazing. My favorite is the spicy pork bulgogi. Don’t walk run here and get the best service and food of a lifetime.

I ordered one dish the wonton noodle soup. I waited for 1 hour… Throughout my time waiting I called the restaurant to ask if it was finished, they told me if the buzzer didn’t buzz that means it’s not. After waiting for over an hour I finally got my food but was greeted with an unfriendly Asian guy at the pick up station. Didn’t even acknowledge me or my time waiting. Wont be visiting ever again!!! Overpriced and takes forever.

Would recommend the combo fried rice and Bo Luc lac… Sushi is also great too. There is no complaint except for the long line wait and a limited amount of staff

The food was pretty good. We were surprised. We really enjoyed the portion sizes and the prices weren't too bad. We would definitely eat here again. There was a 1.5-hour wait but we came early in order to account for that.

I ordered sushi rolls n my food came out 1st before every body got theirs. The server must know that my food will take less time to prepare than the rest. So I finished before other food came. The waiter brought out garlic shrimp and didn't even said it was garlic shrimp n decided to put it right in thr middle of the table. Our friend asked every body 10 mins later is that my food.He put the wrong dish in front of my bf n he ate without realizing it was somebody' else's dish.Finally we asked the waiter to take our pic after dinber n he took it without telling me I'm out of focused. I didn't realize it after our friend sent us the pic.I should have done the review right after but I did write a review to the Tuplia Resort and they did not respond to me.I am angry @ what they did n I will b talking to the manager about getting our money back.Basically the restaurant ruined the memorable night. It was a night for celebration and that was the reason I asked everybody to come. They all showed up to celebrate this magical night with us. This celebration was all about the journey we took to get where we are today. I want to have this pic for remembrance.The server, thr camera man just ruined the perfect celebration for us.

Ruben the manager is very rude and disrespectful. After the got my order wrong he refused to help to and hung up the phone on me I spent 85$ and drove 30 miles away. Just to realize my order was wrong. Terrible people that work there. I feel like I got robbed!
