Sandwich was of WinCo quality, weak espresso, & the bread was just ok. When visited other stores that were better than this one. Probably won't return..
Good food, not so good service

I walked in for one bagel. Tried ordering through the kiosk, which said my bagel was sold out despite the fact I could see a full basket of them. I couldn’t find any employees who were willing to help. Literally NO ONE at the front counter. What happened to customer service? I walked out without my bagel and I will never go there again! Ridiculous!

I am not even sure why people work at place of food when they do not know how to deliver customer service, the employees there could care less to answer the customer. I was waiting for a muffin that can easily be grabbed from a pastry case for an hour. My hungry 3 year old had to wait for an hour for a muffin and we had to explain to him why it was taking forever when he could see the muffin rigjt in the case

We’ve always loved this Panera, especially the Broccoli cheddar bread bowls, so I probably should have reviewed sooner, but after our visit today I couldn’t procrastinate longer.
Jen was so awesome - very welcoming, great personality, and very kind. It’s hard to make that kind of impression in the time it takes to get our order, but she managed to make a lasting impression.
Thank you so much for bringing that level of joy to what you do every day.

I didn’t know their drip coffee was more expensive than Starbucks. Ok, fine. Then waiting super long time for a breakfast is unacceptable.

Enjoyed the new Cobb salad, no egg and broccoli cheddar soup. Choose an apple for the side. The soup actually had a couple chunks of broccoli and it was piping hot. The ranch on the salad was perfectly distributed, not wet. It was delicious. Cashier was a bit "over the top" but friendly, polite and communicative. My order had the 1/2 off pastry deal so I got the pecan braid which was delicious. I was passing through. Nicest Panera I've been in for quite some time.

Had a strange-tasting salad, so I took the lettuce out, but then saw the caprese also meant lettuce sandwich. The manager was extremely nice, let me replace both of the 2-in-1 combo deals. Prob best customer service/ concern over quality assurance I’ve ever experienced, as far as tasty food goes! 🙂
***Oh, but I was also confused about the bathrooms- they had a passcode thing on them, but they’re not for employees only, I saw a non-employee come out of one, so if you need to use them, maybe ask for that code?…🤷🏼♀️***
Dietary restrictions: Salads for gluten-free, lettuce based stuff for vegetarians 🙂

I admittedly don’t eat a ton of fast food, and past experience with Panera may have me holding it to a somewhat higher standard. But if the Panera folks are reading, please fix this store. I’ll start with the bad and end with the good.
First, this store has a terrible design and Panera forces terrible choices on customers. You enter to find a counter of tablet-style devices for ordering. Why in a post-Covid world would you ask me to touch a device like this after dozens of other folks had their grubby mitts on it? So gross. Not to mention the ridiculous wait for people who can’t figure out the UI. And yet there is one - ONE - person at the counter who will take orders. So you can stand there after waiting in line to paw a gross tablet and see someone walk in after you and get service before you. Dumb approach.
Next, the layout of the store is terrible. It clusters people around the food service window and it’s too small to walk past other customers. You’ve got a bunch of hangry people bunched together, so you get bad behavior.
There’s also far too little seating considering the proximity to a large shopping center.
The good?
Panera portions have been hit by shrinkflation like everything else, but it does taste good usually. And while I won’t proclaim it “healthy,” there’s nothing wrong with it, and it’s easy to find it “wholesome.”
Panera fix the layout and please don’t populate all your locations with filthy tablets for ordering.

waited at LEAST 30 mins for soupy, disgusting mac and cheese, that they couldn’t even bother to warm up. i could barely eat three bites before wanting to leave. I have looked forward to trying panera for a while now but i know now i will NOT be returning. major timing and management issues. don’t waste your time.

Ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Mostly bread, very little chicken. Very disappointed. Don't get that sandwich.

This was my first and last time eating at this Panera location. If I pay $10 for a smoothie, I shouldn’t choke on pieces of plastic expiration stickers.
