My apple had DUST on it and is mealy/not fresh. I'm very allergic to dust. There's been a chicken bone in my salad for two visits in a row. They only fill the dressing cups halfway and they charge you for extra. They are putting less lettuce in their salads now. The boiled egg on my Cobb salad was so hard and tough that it broke the plastic fork. Totally gross.

Unfortunately, I had to leave my PAID-for order behind due to an unreasonable delay. The interaction with the female manager on duty (March 13th, around 8 am) made it clear that resolving this quickly wasn't a priority for her. I'm contacting Panera headquarters for a refund. It's concerning that this happened, and I think some additional customer service training for her could prevent similar issues for other customers.

I don't write reviews. And I certainly haven't ever written a review about a month after initially visiting said establishment. But I can't stop thinking about this Panera bread, or shall I put it, I can't stop thinking of a certain someone at this Panera bread.I have eaten Panera many times before but it was my first time visiting this establishment. I decided to go through the drive thru because I was crunched for time. The voice at the order window right away struck me as kind and pleasant. Sweet and soft like honey. The kind of voice that could lull me to sleep or urge me to pursue my dreams. When I got to the window, I felt the breath knock out of me. I couldn't believe the goddess I was seeing. I never thought once of the Panera uniform until I saw her wearing it. Her name was Angie. And what a beautiful name for such a beautiful individual. As I stated, I have gone to a many Panera in my time but never have I in all my days seen such a stunning and gorgeously radiant Panera employee like I saw this day while sitting idle in my Toyota Corolla. In fact, never have I ever seen an employee at any establishment ever that had me as speechless and consumed as my dear Angie had me. And I swear to you all that the mac-n-cheese I had that day tasted far superior to any other mac-n-cheese I have had. It tasted of love and gentleness, of a soft touch on the cheek and a gentle breeze in the summer sun. All things that remind me of my dearly beloved Angie.I have returned a many time now in search for my Angie. I returned the next day at the same time but she wasn't there. I returned during the late evening another day because I understand an employees schedule can vary. Still didn't find her. I went so far as to enter the restaurant but no sign of her. I even visiting seven times total in the span of 48 hours but no sight.Maybe this establishment was dumb enough to fire her. Or perhaps she too knew of her own beauty and moved on. But I miss her. And my mac-n-cheese doesn't taste the same. Please come back Angie. I wish to see you again.

For some reason, the sandwiches from this specific location are either missing ingredients, or the employees are told to be VERY skimpy with ingredients. Nothing sandwich-wise ever comes as described.I have heard that the quality of Panera has been declining for quite a few months now, I didn’t want to believe it, but this is just sad. Panera used to be incredible. I’d rather not spend 40$ for a plain, cold baguette.

Really weak vegetarian sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Sandwich had a very runny dressing and was under filled. The soup was set to the point of a wobble. I had good memories of Panera but won't be going back!

Super rude and unbelievably arrogant and disrespectful. Specially Andryas, what we asked he responded “we don’t have those” very short and with a rude and obligatory tone. no sorry we ran out of it or anything apologetic or at least a polite tone. Asked for cookie; we don’t have, asked for muffie; we don’t have, …, so thought it might be easier to know what they have left so I asked ok what do you have left, after a long pause he says you tell me what do you want! Finally we made a 2 orders of the same sandwich!! Didn’t even ask Panera’s usual question of do you want side of chips or apple! When I asked do you still have the side option he says I’m not here to argue! When I was paying he didn’t even ask for my customer number and when I asked, can you put my customer number as well he got super confrontational and said it’s late for that and then said we don’t have WiFi!!!! I said it has nothing to do with your WiFi, and he says yes it has! Yes it has! Like he is talking to someone with no understanding of software and POS systems. Super rude and unpleasant to say the least for just placing a simple order. That made me think some really don’t even deserve a minimum wage! If they aren’t though how to talk to a customer.

Asked politely to use my 3 dollars off and they said they would! I get through the drive through and the discount wasn’t applied. I asked if they applied it and he said yes when it clearly wasn’t. Didn’t get the discount annoying.

Tables are not clean. There was a waitress who passed by unclean tables a few times and never really bothered to clean them. I guess if you wanna kill the business that’s the way to do it.

I've had Panera Bread sandwiches at work function but never been in a store or ordered.Looking for something a little more healthy than fried, stopped by the Tulalip store. The Green Goddess Cobb salad with chicken caught my attention. I chose bread as the side. The food was served up quickly in my to-go bag.Arriving at my destination and opening the taped bag the first thing noticed was a chunk of bread tossed into the bag. That's kind of strange. What was worse; the salad. Barely any chicken, bacon or avocado. Maybe 1/4 of a tomato and basically spring greens taking up 90% of the bowl. The Green Goddess dressing was sweet (hint: Green Goddess is savory) and uninspiring. Is this how Panera serves up a Cobb salad? For $4 more and worth every penny, Cedars Cafe at the Tulalip resort has THE BEST Cobb salad served up proper.

I was disappointed when I came in for lunch on Sunday. A lot of items were out of stock, so I went to a Panera closer to home.

What an absolute garbage place. Ordered a pepperoni sandwich. Had literally 4 tini pepperonis on the whole baguette sandwich. 99% bread.
