I ordered two platters of sandwiches for my bridal party on the day of my wedding. One platter contained pork and the other one was turkey since I have a groomsman with a religious restriction. They gave me two platters of pork sandwiches. I am very upset as my groomsman did not get to eat lunch that day.
When I came in to pick up my order, the employees were extremely confused and nothing was labeled. It took multiple people to be able to get me anything, and it was incorrect in the worst way. This food was expensive and I was relying on it for my wedding day. Never again.

My pastrami sandwich was so good last week when the young girl made it. This time it’s was an older lady. Well this time my tomato was thicker than my meat. I couldn’t even taste it so I took it off and it was 2 slices. It didn’t have the oil and vinegar or salt and pepper. It was severely lacking in flavor and I don’t think I’ll be back! Way better options out there especially since you don’t know what you’re gonna get!

Looked like maybe a mother daughter behind the counter and they differently don't look happy working. The music in the dining room has to go- it's indian or Pakistan or something. I feel like I'm in an India restaurant????

Food is good, like an upscale subway. Service was slow and they took time to chat with customers speaking their language instead of making sandwiches. The interior looks nice and lots of seating. Wife found a long black hair in her sandwich and refused to eat any more, she's brunette.
Super disappointed today. We used to love this sandwich shop. The bread now is not much thicker than a tortilla! Sadly I wouldn’t even call this is sandwich. Sandwiches come with bread!

Last time we'll be visiting this location. The meat and cheese are sliced so thin you can almost see through them. The person who added the veggie toppings was just haphazardly slopping them on there and the portions were small except the lettuce. They also ran out of a few ingredients. How do you not prep enough for the weekend? Service was also unfriendly and rushed. Too bad since we liked to eat here when we went to the outlet stores.

Made an online order and got to the restaurant to pick it up a little early. There was no other customer in line, but the employees literally waited until the time of pick up to even start my order.They even made a comment about how I was early, and the order wasn't gonna be ready early even though there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS!

The bread was stale and the cheese seemed off. Also very little meat barely 1 layer. I ordered online and asked for oil vinegar and oregano which I did not get. Better off going to jersey mikes.

The lady that made my sub was to busy staring down the lady that was behind me with kids. I ordered a foot long roast beef and am extremely disappointed I barely got any roast beef and I got it on sourdough and could tell that it was old bread!!! I can't even eat the sandwich I took one bite and the bread is sooooo sour it's gross!!!! I have never been to this location but after tipping and spending almost $20.00 for a sour sandwich with barely any roast beef I am extremely unhappy and probably won't go back to this location again. But a refund for another location would be nice!!!!
