Upon my first visit here, I had a negative experience with the customer service. I noticed some potential biases towards lighter-skinned customers, which made me uncomfortable. Due to the poor service, I am requesting a refund.

We had to have our yearly special sandwich from here! The "Pilgrim" sandwich is always one of our favorites & when this time of year comes around, we have to make sure to come in!The staff was great! Friendly & had our order all ready! Atmosphere is like most sub shops, they do keep it very clean! Great sandwiches almost every time! We have had a couple in the past that I think someone just overlooked what was really ordered & just accidentally made a different sandwich, but this time we got exactly what we wanted & they were Great!

Food is fresh they slice the meat in front of you. But it had no flavor and bread seemed old it crumbled seems to be busy maybe I got a bad batch .won't come back to find out.bummer it looked really good.

I haven't been to a Port of Subs in years. While out and about, my friend wanted to pick up sandwiches from there as she and her husband love this location. I got the Pilgrim and the Pastrami and Swiss on sourdough for my kid. My sandwich was bland, despite having salty dressing and the cranberry sauce. My kid said his sandwich was also bland. We were shocked that even the pickles were tasteless. We'll be sticking with Jersey Mike's since they're the same price point and the quality is infinitely better. The positive is that the kids working the counter were nice and the place was clean.

My husband loves port of subs and we go to the Marysville location often. Since new management took it over, the quality of the food and service has gone downhill. We visited last Saturday and I received the wrong sandwich after repeating myself several times. The staff are very unfriendly and just after our sandwiches were wrapped, an employee SNEEZED all over the food prep area without covering their face. I won't eat there again.

My husband has raved about Port of Subs in the past so I was anxious to try it. When he got home with the sandwiches, he said he was sorry - the crew building sandwiches were new and did not build the sandwiches the same as the previous crew. The bread was tasteless and the amount of meat and cheese was very disappointing. I asked him if he had requested vinegar and oil - he said yes, but they barely waved them over the sandwiches. I could taste neither. It seems this business has changed ownership and like so many chains that are under new ownership, they have forgotten what made the business so appealing in the first place and are just concerned with the bottom line.

My first time trying Port of Subs. I paid $15 for this. There is minimal meat and veggies. Super disappointed. The whole experience from the time I walked in was odd. The people working were also not communicating well. It was strange.

Went with my wife and 16 month old, we ordered 4 sandwiches and an employee put it separately and we paid for 3 and my sandwich was not included with the purchase, the employee thought we weren't together i guess even though id hand our child to my wife and we'd go bath and forth, its just deflating not getting my sandwich, when i was craving port of subs for weeks

We love Port of Subs, I've been going here since I was a kid, when there was one in Everett by the qfc on 52nd st. I recently brought my.neohew here and he loves it, always wants to go back. Way better quality than Subway, its worth the extra dollar or two to get fresh ingredients.

Still my favorite Sub Sandwich chain by far! Great nummy sandwiches, kind workers, clean place. Been going to P.O.S. since I was in high school, for at least 24 years now. You rock Port of Subs!

I had no idea Port of Subs was so good. Went here for the first time tonight and it was delicious. I got the BBQ chicken on cheddar rosemary bread and thoroughly enjoyed it. Next time I’m in the mood for a sub sandwich I know where I’m going.

I had port of subs delivered . This is my first time trying them. I got the NY Steak sub and Roast beef and turkey sub for the next day with potato salad. Yummy . They were both delicious. I loved the soft bread and fresh ingredients. Potatoe salad was pretty good too. Where I live only subway is close. I definitely think port of subs is much better.
