QDOBA Mexican Eats

Four people working here yet they’re out of brown rice, fajitas, and everyone is standing around looking at each other. Despite me showing the QR code early, they wait until checkout to tell me I can’t apply my points or rewards here LOL.

Very slow service & staff. I don’t recommend.

The staff at the Quilceda village QDOBA What's a little rude this afternoon, I asked them what their fry oil was. They said they didn't know that I would had to look at their website. I asked maybe if someone else would know. The person said the other person wouldn't know either rudley, It should be that if someone asked an a question about their food products, they should be readily available to know What fry oil or what others stuff you guys have on-site. Many people have allergy issues People will ask those questions and you guys should know without having to tell the customer to go online and look very disappointed.

Gave half scoops on everything. Totally booty service👎🏼

My experience at Qdoba has been good overall but at this specific location ( inside the food court at the outlets in Tulalip/ Marysville) we had the most horrible experience ever.
The service was at the lowest level, Mariah to be even more specific, was extremely rude and shouldn’t be allowed to work with customers. She’s got some serious issues, her attitude was extreme!
This place needs better management. If I would had read their previous reviews I would have NEVER considered eating at that place. If there could be lower than one star I’d have used that scored.

Please, do yourself a favor… avoid a horrendous experience..

I love qdoba but this location The customer service isn’t great. We got 2x chicken bowls both filled with onions?! Where is the chicken? I am not asking anything extra just the right portion. I asked the server no smile nothing…. No explanation…. Worst location!

Came in, waited for 10 minutes, got no service or help after pressing their call button several times across those 10 minutes.

I’ve been a long-time fan of Qdoba, but my recent visit to this location was disappointing. I ordered a tortilla soup bowl and was surprised to be charged extra for both the shell and the soup. I’m not sure if this is a new policy or just specific to this location, When I inquired about it, the staff’s response was dismissive, telling me I could either accept it or leave, not sure why the hostility. The entire experience lasted barely five minutes, but it left a lasting negative impression. I hope they can improve their customer service.

I’ll start we usually go to Lake Stevens/Frontier Village location but the outlet is closer to home, so we tried it. NEVER AGAIN!

We went for the Halloween BOGO with purchase of a drink deal, this is a franchise. They don’t accept the rewards cards or coupons! No where does it say that at the location or else I wouldn’t have even ordered.

We go to pay, drink and 2 burritos, $32! Ok here’s my deal. Tweeker cashier says we don’t take those. The owner doesn’t like coupons and this is a franchise. WHAT??? Ok then put my drink back. $29 for 2 burritos is insane. At the Lake Stevens location, they’re $9.95. Here at the outlet, same burrito is $13.69. Same item, same company.

Now the kid that made our food and cashier… younger guy, brown hair,, thin, rude, care less what he’s doing or even wanted to be there, looked like a total tweeker on something.

Rude customer service, doesn’t accept rewards, and way over priced food, NEVER AGAIN! It’s not worth the hassle. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Reviews are 100% accurate.
Don’t bother.

Tiniest burrito ever. The burrista is trying to get a promotion.

Edit: Qdoba got back to me about it and offered entrees to make up and the next Qdoba I went to had a ginormous burrito and taco salad. I was in Mexican food heaven. Mmm! Changing my review to 5 stars.

Worst Qdoba experience ever. From the start I knew there was something different about this location. The offerings were different and less. The staff were not helpful and had attitudes. The food was overpriced and not tasty. I LOVE Qdoba but this one was a fail. Choose another place to eat if you're at this mall.

Dear owner: how many more negative reviews do you want to collect before you take action?

Unfortunately the staff there is very rude and inattentive.
I have never seen such bored and strange staff. No greeting, no thank you - nothing.

The kitchen was clean at some point, I guess 100 years ago.

The food was ok, but the price was way too high.

I love Qdoba but this location was kind of gross. Everything had been sitting on the heaters for a long time and the kitchen looked dirty.

Vegetarian options: Qdoba is usually great for veggies, just not this location.
