Frustrating experience. For the price, when compared to other Qdoba outlets, the quantity being served was so minimal. Additionally, had asked for the veggie bowl and the main ingredient bell peppers were finished and the new stock was then put to cook and we were served raw bell peppers from the stove. Have been a regular customer to other Qdoba outlets and never disappointed but this one definitely disappoint.

I spent more here than I would have at Chipotle, and the chicken I purchased must have been sitting for several hours as it was extremely dry. The vegetables were also old, which is certainly not worth the money I invested.

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. Despite being second in line, the wait was around 15 minutes because the three staff members at the counter were playing around and chatting. One staff member was eating chips in front of the customers with gloves but put the gloves inside her mouth. When we ordered three tacos, they put the same meat in all of them without asking our preferences for each one. Additionally, they asked for payment before we finished selecting our protein. The staff's behavior was rude, and they seemed disorganized. I could see the customer in front of us was really resigned as well. He ordered some food, and the staff was already making it, but then they went to help other people and left him there for around 3 minutes.Overall, the lack of efficiency, rudeness, and disorganization made this the worst restaurant experience I've had. I recommend addressing these issues to maintain the reputation of your brand.

I paid more for a burrito than I would have at chipotle but the burrito was half the size. They weren’t calling out refills for product before they ran out so only some of the options were available. A 4 inch burrito for 15$ is crazy.

Queso dip is really good & always have preferred you over two others Salish Sun Taqueria (Tulalip Casino) which is where I work & Chipotle too. Love the bowls.

Food was alright, little girl working there was incredibly rude. Told me my quesadillas each required two sides so I asked for guac. She gave me this dumb*ss look and said I had options. I told her that I knew that but that I pick guac and she said "well it'll be extra, I hope you know that." So I said fine with me, I want guac. She seemed very pissed at the idea of giving me guac. Then her manager told her to give it to me and had to snap at her to not burn my quesadillas. Then she cut and packaged my food with no gloves. This place is okay just not when she is there. If you see a short long haired brunette behind the counter, just save your money.

Unbelievable. Ryolda, not sure if I spell her name right, is amazing and professional. She gave us the best bowls and was too shy to give me her name for a review. She worked there Sat evening at 6:30 on Aug 05 and needs a raise.

I love QDOBA… except for this location. They charge much higher prices than other stores, and then they charge for refilling salsa (all other stores don’t) and soda refills (most other stores don’t). They don’t participate in the awards points program. The employees excuse is “we’re a franchise, so we don’t offer things the other stores do”… that is a cop out. Either location needs to close or the franchise owner needs to have his lease revoked, and given to someone who can perform at QBODA’s standards.

We ordered Chicken Quesadillas, I looked at the chicken and it was completely dried up, asked the guy who was making it, he said it’s good I took his word, first bite chicken was completely dried not edible, I took it back, the guy who made it tasted it and said it is dry but it’s fine, I asked him for the refund which he agreed to, girl beside him started laughing as there was something going on, I asked if they should share the joke with me as well, and she goes: I am having a great day, clocking overtime, life is good, bunch of ignorant, unmannered kids running the show.

Unprofessional. Food not available. They didn't have fajita vegetables.

Bunch of rude ignorant teenagers managing the shop. For veggie Quesadilla they added cheese n veggies only. I had to ask for some black beans n she asked her boss before adding them. She didn't even ask me whether I need anything else. I wanted to add corn . I felt like she thinks she was doing a favor giving me other stuff. I always get the other stuff at other Qdobas. Shame

5 minutes past the time they open and they're sitting in there goofing off and not opening the door. Not worth it for the poor service they provide when she getting in

The two white boys working here were high and rude. They told me I can’t add anything besides cheese and chicken to my Quesadilla. The food tasted bland and gross. Waste of $16. The water was the best part of my meal.
