Floor was messy and tables were also gross. Messed up order even when it explicitly said on the sticker the correct order for 2/4 drinks. Very small selection in cold cooler for grab and go food. Incredibly short staffed with longer than average wait times compared to other Starbucks stores and experiences at this store. I was also denied the opportunity to have my CLEAN water bottle refilled which contradicted signs I saw throughout that very same store. Overall experience was disappointing, and I feel that this store could use some management coaching and floor organization for the staff.

Starbucks needs to keep up with maintaining their employees. So chattery and slow even with 4ppl at the bar took forever for a single drink. The location wasnt even that busy. Also my drink brown sugar oat cortado ratio was wrong. Sooo bitter i think they mistaken the espresso level. I’m a regular starbucks costumer and i rarely leave reviews but just had to leave one this time. Very disappointing.

We are a partner of the Starbucks and have been working with the company about 10 years, I just came in to ask a bit hot water about 30ml for baby, the white young male service rep declined my request, and asking for purchasing first, you guys sucks ! Shame on you!
I work at the outlet and this location is a life saver. Quick, easy and convenient. They always get my order right and leave cute little messages on the cups. I just wish you did in mall delivery?? I'd tip big for that 😁
I had a very bad experience at this branch because a lady named Jaqueline, as written on her name tag, treated me very poorly. She raised her voice at me and told me to move aside, even though she could have spoken to me calmly. Customers should not be treated this way. I was very scared, and my heart was racing so much that I couldn’t speak for several minutes.
I have been visiting the establishment on many occasions with my girlfriend and we have had a very good experience, but a day ago we had a bad experience with the staff, I could understand for a moment that the hard work that was too much, but they should not have had bad attitudes, they took a long time to give me a drink and a Danish cheese, when I wanted to order something else they did not let us buy and, apart from all the customers who were there, we left the establishment and it was too cold outside, the red-haired girl had a very bad attitude.

I’ve been going to the starbucks at the outlets for months. Usually the morning time, there’s a lady making all the drinks and it’s extremely delicious and service has been great.
I recently visited this cafe and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive. There were lots of staffs working that day and everyone had a very bad attitude towards customers. There were staffs yelling at customers and talking in a very rudely manner. Overall, the poor service overshadowed any potential positives of the visit.

So i really like getting my drinks here when im at the mall but the lines get really long and i waited for like 20 minutes in line but the employees are really kind and work really hard so i recommend if you come u give them a nice tip because they are all very hardworking.

the blonde who was ringing me up had a nasty attitude I assumed she was tired so i didn’t take it personal. I had accidentally forgotten my green juice that I had just bought from them. I come back like 10min later, asking if they had seen my green juice- yes i understand if I leave my drink on the counter it could get stolen, I was at fault. She said “if you left it on the counter we will throw it away”(Now, imagine this in the most snobby white girl prissy attitude.) And she turns around and ignores me. Yeah, it was so uncalled for, and I was just asking a simple question. so I’m assuming they threw it out, my bad. But I thanked them and left. I will not be coming to this Starbucks ever again. If you care about your customers, make sure you hire those who will give 2Fs. Thank you:)
