I have been visiting the establishment on many occasions with my girlfriend and we have had a very good experience, but a day ago we had a bad experience with the staff, I could understand for a moment that the hard work that was too much, but they should not have had bad attitudes, they took a long time to give me a drink and a Danish cheese, when I wanted to order something else they did not let us buy and, apart from all the customers who were there, we left the establishment and it was too cold outside, the red-haired girl had a very bad attitude.

I’ve been going to the starbucks at the outlets for months. Usually the morning time, there’s a lady making all the drinks and it’s extremely delicious and service has been great.

I recently visited this cafe and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive. There were lots of staffs working that day and everyone had a very bad attitude towards customers. There were staffs yelling at customers and talking in a very rudely manner. Overall, the poor service overshadowed any potential positives of the visit.

So i really like getting my drinks here when im at the mall but the lines get really long and i waited for like 20 minutes in line but the employees are really kind and work really hard so i recommend if you come u give them a nice tip because they are all very hardworking.

I absolutely love the staff at this location! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They work very hard and create amazing drinks. You couldn't ask for better customer service!

the blonde who was ringing me up had a nasty attitude I assumed she was tired so i didn’t take it personal. I had accidentally forgotten my green juice that I had just bought from them. I come back like 10min later, asking if they had seen my green juice- yes i understand if I leave my drink on the counter it could get stolen, I was at fault. She said “if you left it on the counter we will throw it away”(Now, imagine this in the most snobby white girl prissy attitude.) And she turns around and ignores me. Yeah, it was so uncalled for, and I was just asking a simple question. so I’m assuming they threw it out, my bad. But I thanked them and left. I will not be coming to this Starbucks ever again. If you care about your customers, make sure you hire those who will give 2Fs. Thank you:)

Kirsten took my order and she was so incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and my family. We were browsing at the menu and instead of letting us know she was ready she blatantly rolled her eyes at me. I approached her and she just stared at me… I said hi?? She said hi and shook her head at me. She just straight up did not care and never said thank you or anything. Do not recommend I’ve never been to a Starbucks and been treated so poorly

Unfortunately we forgot some napkins after our purchase and the store had closed, despite that all the workers were inside we weren’t allowed in to take napkins. A delivery man came in and took napkins for us but we weren’t able to do so.
