Biscuit House - Tumwater

Yes, it's a breakfast place INSIDE a Toyota dealership. Such a weird idea, but honestly, it works. And the food is excellent. It does have a unique atmosphere (eg, we were seated next to a guy and a salesman negotiating on a truck), but it offered unique opportunities for topics of discussion over our meal. The staff is super courteous and helpful, and yes, it is a full menu restaurant, albeit with counter-service, in a large, modern, clean facility. I can't say if it's the BEST breakfast place in the area, as I'm not a local, but it was definitely great quality food. The sales staff thankfully stayed in their lane and did not pester us whatsoever, which was one of my concerns.

The main guy at the counter is super nice and accommodating! Very confused how we had one of the best breakfasts on our entire trip in a Toyota dealership? Left with only amazing things to say about the staff, food, and overall experience!!

If you’re anywhere near Tumwater, do yourself a favor and stop at The Biscuit House. This place is a hidden gem! The biscuits are massive, buttery, and perfectly fluffy—basically comfort food heaven. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, the service is warm and welcoming, and the vibe is cozy and down-to-earth. You can tell everything is made with love. This is the kind of spot that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend!

You can easily find this place as it is in the Toyota of Olympia Auto Dealership. Food is awesome, and surprisingly, not one car sales rep bugged us to buy a car.

Do not order the infused redbull, it is completly flat and doesn't even include a full redbull. Absolutely not worth the over $7 they charge for it. Complete bullshit, this is the last time I order from here

First time visit but this place has quickly become my favorite breakfast spot. The food was very delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Really good portions. That's an understatement. My pancakes were probably the biggest I've ever seen. This is one of the best places to go for breakfast food yet sits inside a Toyota dealership. It was well worth the drive and I'll definitely be back again soon.

The wait staff was very nice and responsive.
The food was good, though the sausage gravy was extremely lean on the sausage.
The overall cost was not extreme, but neither was it minimal.
We found it rather odd that this restaurant was inside a large, busy car dealership. Not near or adjacent, but smack dab in the middle of the main building.

We wouldn't go way out of our way to go again. But, with that being said, we'd return if we were in the general area.

As an additional statement, my wife found the overall setting charming. And I'll admit the idea is novel and people do have to eat whilst buying a car. Seems like a savy business idea.

Different. Limited menu but well done: large fluffy biscuits,great gravy with sausage chunks,flacky crust on breakfast burrito, both types potatoes nicely browned,egg whites available.

Wish we were staying an extra day to try cinnamon french toast or waffles with berries!

most disgusting food and service I had in ages!!! Horrendous! It looked like someone threw up in my plate, eggs were gray in color, and nobody even bothered to mention our order was ready sitting on the counter with three people behind it and no other customers. Overpriced and sickling for the amount of money the charge and how they conduct their lazy and careless service!

Worst experience I ever had.
Not only the forgot to let us know our food is ready until we asked. Half hour later. The food was cold , unsalted and generally really low quality. I quit eating after one bite
