Went there today and the service was great. Someone was being trained. The food was hot and fresh. I had to wait a minute or two to let it cool before I ate. Staff was having friendly positive conversation with new staff member and everyone had smiles on their faces. Dining area was clean too!

Chronically understaffed. The poor souls working here are so understaffed every time we've been here they have us park in front of the building for 15-30 minutes before we go in to retrieve our cold food or they come out and try to give us someone else's order. They are not able to keep up with orders. They are so stressed, there is 0 customer service. Burger King is working these poor people beyond what is reasonable and their customers/products suffer for it. Poor quality service and food this consistently indicates poor quality management. We will not be back.

Sunday morning crew are some of the most incompetent people I've ever come across 15 minutes to wait for them to cook eggs for a sandwich and when I got it they put cheese on it. Had to wait 15 more minutes them to cook sausage as they served seven eight people in front of me while I waited. I finally just left and gave up and let them keep the money. These people need to be replaced. I cannot believe how bad. Bad bad. The customer service is here

Just bad and very slow service rather you're at the drive-thru or in the building no one seems to know what they're doing and it's very dirty they're drive up windows are disgusting outside and inside's gross too I've seen one good person in there and I think her name tag said Hayden or something she seemed to be really nice

One of the most inefficient fast food restaurants. They basically only take o e order at a time, making you wait for long periods to even place your order. Then, they give you your drink and make you park in front to bring it to you.
Today, the guy told me 2nd window, which I thought was strange. I pulled up there... Finally he poked his head out the 1st window, telling me to come to that window so I had to backup instead of him just getting my card and taking it to register. His mistake, I had to solve.
Then food took another 12 min for him to bring it to me.
I can go to other fast food lines that make the food when you order, and still takes lots less time.
I don't know why I keep giving them a chance...

Unless you want to spend 15-30min waiting even with an order placed ahead of time for cold food and missing food from your order DO NOT come here. I have lived in Tumwater for years and have seen a couple staff cycled out and regardless each time it is a wait and either a completely different order or your food/ drink is missing.

It was really good. The normal wopper did feel a littke dry but it wasnt to bad. The other burger was fantastic! I love burger king food!
Stopped for lunch. Got a couple of Sammied and fries. Clean store with friendly staff.we will be back.
Brit gave exceptional customer service, went above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and that I had sauce for my low carb burger
