The customer service was amazing. The lady was very kind to me and my family. Her name tag said Brenda GM. Love how they interacted with my entire family. The team was great. Got my food fresh and labeled. And the communication was spot on.

Went in to purchase lunch. Employee saw me come in....not a word....she walked away. I thought she was giving me time to choose, but never came back. Another employee came up to the French fryer, took them out, registered that I was standing there, went about his business and went in the back. I waited few more minutes before I loudly said: thank you for nothing, good bye. No response.

Another customer and I came in this morning to get some food (the other customer's a regular). I showed up first, nobody was at the front counter (one employee in the bathroom). A couple minutes after I arrived, a regular came in. He notes the lack of employees up front as well, annoyed (he was already on his break and had very little time left, so I let him go first).
The employee (her nametag read Brittney) in the bathroom steps out and, rather than take orders herself, hollers at her colleague to come take orders (instead of doing so herself). The customer who I let go first gets his order just fine. When I get my own order, I immediately clocked that I only got one vanilla shake instead of two (I had asked for TWO vanilla shakes and for them both to be put in a LARGE fountain drink cup). Nope, instead I got one vanilla shake in a large clear cup (still smaller than a fountain drink cup). And my tater tots were cold, so I had to microwave them after getting home.
It wasn't even that busy when I was there (there was one or two window orders and a mobile, but still manageable).

Have had to wait in drive through for over 30 minutes then came inside after No response at the Drive through. After I came inside it took 25 minutes for someone to address me, 3 other people were behind me in the drive through and also came in and had to wait as well before even being addressed. When we asked what was wrong, we got yelled at and told they are understaffed. This place needs a completely new level of management and workers. It has been like this every single time I have come here, and everytime I never get my food or even get to place the order.
Have had 2 very poor visits here. The first one I waited about 45 minutes in the lobby for 2 whoppers. Spoke with the manager about it sunny, very great guy we resolved it and he remade my sandwiches. However, I figured going through the drive thru would be a quicker option during my visit last night. I was very wrong, me and my girlfriend waited about10-15 minutes to even get to the speaker with 2 cars in front of us, we finally got to the speaker and waited about 10 minutes there before we could place our order by about 5 minutes in waiting at the speaker there were no cars in front of us and every car behind us left, another 5 minutes goes by of me talking into the speaker trying to get service before I was helped. I get to the second window and see there are about 5-6 people working or more there were no cars in front of me and the lobby was empty I waited about in total 25-30 minutes for 1 Krappy patty meal. Completely unacceptable. I am normally very patient with staff as I was a manager at Jack in the box for 5 years but this was a complete negligence of their duty. I took videos of me waiting and talking into the speaker with no cars in front of me. This took place last night around 6:30. I decided to call the store and try to speak with management to let them know I was instead met with a very argumentative and confrontational attitude on the phone by the woman who answered. She offered me 0 compensation 0 apologies and was saying that would never happen and only thing she said she would do is talk to the staff that worked last night. Not only am I extremely disappointed in the service but I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly feel disrespected and written off by the manager I spoke to on the phone. Not sure if she is a new manager or what but Sunny who I talked to last time was great and was super helpful and resolved everything quickly. He is the only reason I’m even giving 1 star for service. Overall mid tier fast food with dine in sit down restaurant wait times that I spent $20 on waiting 30 minutes for 1 meal.

11/14/25’ we went to BK in Tumwater. The staff were more concerned about their phones than food. They parked us as they were cooking hot fries and onion rings. Almost ten minutes later the guy comes out hands me the bag and I start to drive away. Something told me to check the food. I was missing an entire meal. (I had purchased three meals) My husband went inside and they gave us the missing meal. As we drive home I realize our hot fries and onion rings they were cooking were clearly not that. They were cold and stale. Once we arrived home we start eating our whopper with cheese and the whopper that has the onion rings on it. They were the worst burgers we have ever gotten. Mine was missing half of the toppings. (No onion or lettace) They sure did load it up with mayo and ketchup though. It was literally dripping out. My husbands was the same as mine and had one tiny onion ring on it. We have eatin here before and no issues but this time was terrible. We will not be back again. Not sure if they are under new management or just have terrible staff at the moment.

This Burger King had great staff. I frequent this location and have a great things to say. I just forgot them.... In other news, I think that the Taco Bell on Pacific is DOO DOO!!! oh... wait.... wrong one. My day's been okay, a bit rainy but other than that its good. Oh yeah, come to this burger king if you want a good time baby ;)

I had to pick up two whopper meals for some elderly friends whose power was out the other day and I went to burger king to get 2 whopper meals and the total was 29 bucks...and they were the small version..I didn't get medium or large...it's 13 bucks almost for a whopper meal now with a tiny drink and 17 half fries... burger king is no longer a value restaurant...you could go to Applebee's and get a burger 3 times the size and endless fries for the same price🙏(the staff were nice)

This is the worst Burger King ever, I get pulled forward every time without a doubt, cause there waiting for burgers, this is a burger restaurant don’t u think people are gonna order burgers and u should probably have them ready and cooked, lazy staff too sitting outside smoking cigarettes and vaping while customers are waiting for our food watching them
