Hands down the worst BK in the area. Didn't fill fry cups, couldn't get me a glass of water in the drive thru, got items on a order wrong. Drive the extra distance and go to either other BK in the area.

Manager Jessica is lazy, rude and disrespectful. Ordered a burger with cheese and they forgot the cheese. She gave us a slice of cheese that was near frozen to put on ourselves.

Visited on 3/23/2025. Took 19 minutes to receive four value meals. Staff was very rude and told me, “Welcome to Burger King” when I mentioned 19 minutes is a long time to wait. The restaurant was not busy.

Went thru drive thru. Had to wait in parking lot for our order because they were so busy. They did forget a couple of items, but the employee who brought out our order remembered! Cheers to the young man who delivered!

I've been going to this place for many, many years; well before its remodel. It's by no means perfect, I've had messed up orders before, but of the Fast Food places in my area, this is my usual go-to. I am a Burger King enjoyer. I love their fries, Rodeo King(even if it's not in the menu) is my favorite Burger, and they're the only option for a Cherry ICEE with a meal.

The staff is working so hard and they are so kind. I went through the drive through and it was during lunch rush. The one lady was covering multiple positions including the windows and and the other lady was covering most of the kitchen and packing and delivering to guests. This team is so cohesive but also very short staffed. They are Rockstars here and don't use short staffing as an excuse. I hope they get the staffing they deserve and the help to not overwork themselves. It's amazing work ethic and I appreciate their hard work so much! They deserve a vacation and more coverage and a raise with the amount of responsibilities they shoulder each day. <3

I ordered a breakfast sandwich today and they had no eggs. Was told I had to wait 7 minutes. I just got the sandwich with no eggs. This place needs new management or lots of help. I’ve gone there several times and each time something has been missed or messed up. Oh and no “hello” from the employee. It’s awkward when you drive up and you’re the one saying hello

I come here at least one a month. The staff is kind and respectful. The place is clean including the bathrooms. My issue is that they are constantly running out of items, like burger patties. How does a burger restaurant run out of burgers?

At breakfast time we ordered lunch and No Problem! Was prepared properly andserved witha smile. Exceptionally clean establishment. Easy to get to from North or Southbound interstate 5 and plenty of parking. Great experience!
