Not sure if the employees are being pushed to get food out of the oven to fast but ive had over 4 different times going in and I get doughy pizza..today I decided to not chance it and get a chicken bake..which was doughy. On the bright side when I bring it up to the staff I am able to get a fully cooked iteam no issues.but this seems to be a on going issues so maybe the oven is going out or staff is pushing to fast..not sure... I go for the convince so I can shop in peace when son is eating..so I will continue to eat here just sucks I now have to check every time if it's cooked...

The management and employees of this Store should be ashamed of their coworker "Gabi", an elderly Caucasian female who yelled, berated, and gave inappropriate, hatful stares at my 7 year old for accidentally dropping a box of strawberries in the refrigerated section. What a disgusting and disappointing moment.

The store is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff is polite and informative. The prices are right. I enjoy shopping here.

Wow! What is the deal with the food court? Yes the food is affordable, yes it tastes good. But the customer service is seriously lacking. If you don't take cash, then don't have a register, and post a sign that says No Cash. or add a cash machine at the self order computers. But to stand at a register (with a line of people) waiting to place an order, and waiting 15 minutes trying to get anyone to pay attention to you is ridiculous. Everyone in line gave up, I understand you're busy. But to flat out ignore, avoid eye contact, and purposely turn your backs to customers, is ridiculous.

Bizarre experience at the pharmacy. Had never used it before, but since I was shopping, it was convenient. The clerk was so consumed with the fact that "my insurance " didn't cover it. It cost $5.99! I didn't want to mess around with insurance! Then they got my cell number wrong. Never got a text. The next clerk was odd. Directed me to the wrong window. The pharmacist asked me "have WE ever taken this before?" And "be sure to eat some food with this "FOR ME." I know he was talking to me as if I was a child because I'm an older woman. I'm beyond disgusted

The people here are really kind and helpful. This is probably one of the best Costcos I have been to. I was feeling lightheaded and dizzy while standing by some of the food right before you walk toward the register and an employee saw me and asked me if I was okay. He had someone get me a chair and water which was very kind and unexpected. They have a great team of people at this location.

Every one (well maybe not literally) has been to Costco. Every State has a Costco and the stores in that State has items that are related to that State. I think there are even stores outside of the USA, how cool would it be to see what they have? Great place to sample new food items (or graze at lunch time), get furniture, and the hotdog lunch! Where else can you eat for $1.50 + applicable sales tax? I just wish they still had the onions for the hot dog

Absolutely horrible. I’ve never placed an order on the phone, first time. 15-20 minutes it’d be ready they said. Came in, paid for it and a sundae. Waited.. waited. Was told I was a few orders away. Waited. Hour and fifteen minutes later I handed Jon my receipt and said keep it. If you have an order line, keep it. Just because some Karen waited 15 minutes and complains, doesn’t mean you cut your order line. Go to Papa Murphys. I went there after, pizza done in 5.

Huge shout out to Costco Tire Center in Tumwater, WA. They were able to get me out the door with Michelin Cross Climate II tires for $1,035 in 265/60R18. No more sliding in rain or snow. Employees are friendly and professional. Thanks, Keith and crew!Les Schwab would have been $1,650 without the 5-year warranty. Les Schwab's cheap non-brand foreign tires were more expensive than Michelins, Good Year, or BFG. Costco was the cheapest of any national tire center, including Discount Tires and Tire Rack.

Well maintained, clean, good selection and good service. Can't complain! It was definitely super busy but was able to find parking. This is our go to for anything we need from day to day groceries to home goods and furniture. I like how they cherry pick the best of everything to have available at a good price.
