I would like to start this off with the note that I enjoy Dutch bros and come here everyday now with that being said, over the past week the service I have received from here has been painfully slow. Wait times have increased by alot when they usually arnt that bad. The other day I was at the speed bump near the back of the store and it took around 20 minutes for me to get my drink. After a week of experiencing this I asked one of the barista’s why the wait times have been so bad the past week, and was told it has probably came from a new policy change they wouldn’t go into it anymore but, whatever change that was made should be taken into consideration and they should revert back to how they were operating so the wait times arnt so bad. Other than that the place is great.

What keeps me coming back for more is the good vibes, loud music, connection, pup cups, and of course, the unique, robust caffinated beverages! I'd go to Dutch Bros over Starbucks every time! Starbucks is too overpriced for a smaller and lackluster caffinated bev, not to mention their sad corporate vibe is off putting plus their terrible loyalty program, it's offensive. DB is for us who enjoys beautifully blended drinks with tons of flavor and sweetness. If you like red bull spritz, lotus, or the refreshers then I'm sure you'll enjoy Rebels here! I usually get them blended for a slushy vibe. I appreciate the loyalty rewards for us too.

My husband and I were driving home from a long trip and decided to stop here to get a drink. The guy who took our order was such a pleasure to talk to and the guy at the window who gave us our drinks, made sure our cups didn’t have any spilled coffee on the sides! Had and awesome experience! Perked us up for the remainder of our 3 hour drive home!

Food only gets 3 stars because of the limited options, and no breakfast burritos or sandwiches... But the service, and the coffee definitely gets 5stars! Everyone is always so nice, and I am really enjoying this seasons banana bread mocha!

I LOVE this DB! The staff is always so friendly, even in the rain! They are always so on it and just super managed. I've been to some DBs and, while they are good, this stand just can't be beat. Even during the ornament drop, they were slammed and still had a happy controlled chaos.

This shop has really stepped it up! The staff is friendly & always helps with suggestions when I just can’t decide! They have a system down that seems to work well to get the line moving! The staff seems like a team that helps one another, they all work together and encourage each other to help keep the good energy up! It’s always a fun stop in the day and not only a pick me up from the Rebel but the staff as well! Thanks Dutch Bro’s Tumwater!

My teen asked to go here for a last day of school before winter break treat. It was pouring rain and there was a very friendly staff person wearing jeans and sneakers taking orders outside. It is shameful that this man was not provided rain gear for what I assume is a common practice of taking orders outside. Then they were out of what my kid wanted (a chai, so not even something off the menu and weird) so I ended up spending $7 (plus a $2 tip) on a 'peppermint mocha' that that tasted like milky, weak coffee. Terrible experience that is completely the fault of bad management. Ordering enough product and providing rain gear seems like a reasonable thing to expect from the owner and managers.

Don’t make the assumption that Im going to have a “good evening” at 7 in the morning. It’s tawdry and kind of rude. I didn’t sleep enough last night. This was not helpful and it felt like a slight. Did not make me feel great. Bad service/10. Not coming back.
