Unfortunately didn't have a good experience tonight. Left without ordering food. Took between 10 and 15 minutes to have someone come to the table. Was told they didn't see us after walking by at least 3 times. Manager offered another table even though we already were at a table. We got a sorry and that was all. Felt like enough employees were there but not enough help. Bummer for us because we enjoyed trivia night. Don't know if anyone really cared. :-(

Great local pizzeria, I was there when the first location opened up in Lacey. Since then they've grown and become quite the successful pizza chain. Very neighbor hood oriented. Fantastic pizza baked in pizza ovens using apple wood. This gives the pizza a unique artisan texture and flavor. The staff at this location were wonderful as they helped me determine what to order for a large party. When I called back to change the pick-up time they were able to accommodate my request. I believe this location used to be an Infernos pizza and it's only improved since Farrelli's took over. 5 stars across the board!
Vegetarian options: Margarita Pizza, cheese pizza, and several others.
Parking: The parking lot is modest in number of spots but on most nights should not present difficulty locating an empty spot.
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has a small Arcade at the front, coloring mats and crayons for the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: The building is relatively new and is accessible for patrons with accessibility needs. Parking also is available for patrons with accessibility needs.

Ordered a beef sandwich with the jous to dip my sandwich on and paid $3.99 for it and my sad $3.99 jous is posted. Messed some of orders as well. Looked forward to this meal and we got jooped ordering delivery. My family had to deal with missing items.

Ricky and his team took amazing care of us, great flavors and options with fabulous ambiance, definitely a must-visit when in Tumwater!

Oh this was so tasty! ? I had the special pepperoni and hot honey pizza with house salad and it was hot and hot too is quickly. My partner for the stuffed mushrooms and nachos.

All of us got poops next day?? Toppings were weirdly placed and it was ultra floppy pizza, wet middle ? Glad we used a gift card we got so we didn’t spend a lot of money on laxative pizza

Wait staff here is exceptional. We've been here a number of times and always had a terrific customer service experience. Highly recommended.
Co workers spoke very highly about the pizza but honest truth is it's over priced. The pizza is sub par at best. Staff is selective to who they are courteous to.

I believe Farrelli's does a lot to help local communities, but I'm completely over trying to use their web app to try and order! It's completely frustrating and I hope they actually check periodically on how messed up it really is. Nearly Everytime I try to use this app, I end up ordering from their competitors. Good Luck on getting this pulled together!

Disappointed with their pizza. I ordered the double whammy 16in and a Hawaiian 16in. The double whammy was dry and didn’t seem to have much for toppings. The pepperonis on the pizza weren’t spread out enough and some bites would have zero and others would have like 4 pepperonis stacked on top. The Hawaiian was also very dry. Just not a good pizza. My biggest complaint would be that the slices of pizza were extremely inconsistent. Definitely not worth what I paid for.
