They are the best possible service for fast food.... truth that is the only way... Life savings staff. I messed up an order and money was tight ,so they were awesome and replaced the sandwich 😁
The breakfast menu has no protein items i can eat, due to a pork and beef allergy. No, I didn't get bit by a tick, it's genetic. Fortunately, the staff here are very accommodating, and put together a breakfast burrito with eggs, hash browns, cheese, and salsa that set me up properly for the day. So a star off for your lack of menu choices, but top marks to the crew of this location.
Cold fries. Cold burgers, not worth 20 plus bucks
I just wanted to tell Russel thank you for your service. I thought they forgot something in my order, silly me, I just forgot to order it! Russel was great though, he was really helpful, professional, sweet & didn’t make me feel stupid! Well, any more stupid than I already felt! lol! 🙄 Management should really consider giving him a raise, its so hard to find people with courtesy in fast food these days. So if you alll want great service, foods pretty good too, go down to the Mottman Rd location, say hi to Russell for me. Thanks again Russell😊
Can here at 2 - 3 am after my car got towed out a ditch and had a wonderful burger by this lady highlight of the night thank you
The food I got for my sister and I was burnt and had hair in it and the management said they could give me a refund for the fries out of the $40.00's worth of food that wasn't properly cooked plus the employee at the drive thru a employee nameed sharon forgot my receipt and she needs to be fired for the mistake

Bought a couple croissant supreme, fillings were hot, poor quality croissant was cold & not really a croissant. Friendly svc.
After paying nearly $18, I received three egg rolls and a teriyaki bowl with about four by bites of rice, old shriveled up carrots and rubbery broccoli. I think what got me the most though was the egg rolls that were semi-frozen. I went back through the drive-thru, explain the situation and was told to come back through. By the time they got there, they said they had dropped new egg rolls - but those too were semi-cold in the middle. Since I did not have time to go through the drive-thru for a third time I ate them. I figured if I got sick it would be on Jack in the Box. Not the best experience for the absorbitant price...

This location sucks i ordered from uber eats and ima be petty and drop the date and time so location can look-into who was working 1/24/2025 @ 7PM…aint no way they mess up and order twice! Got the bacon swiss….. its just bun,swiss,bacon,patty, and sause…. How the heck did i get lettuce, tomato, ketchup on this order!
Best service and food of any Jack in the box I've ever had. Around 130 pm 1-22-25 that crew gave me a discount I didn't ask for or know I could get, made the best burger and curly fries that franchise has EVER made, and smiled and waved to us on our way out. And I don't even really like Jack in the Box that much but I gotta give them respect for a job well done.
Visited this restaurant this morning. I got the feeling that they are not used to customers walking inside. There were bags of both regular and curly fries piled on the checkout counter, along with plastic bins they had started pouring them in. Those fries definitly were not frozen anymore. Definitely not the place to do that or see as a customer. The drive-thru was very busy. I felt very bad for the employees this morning. Seemed horribly understaffed (2) that I saw, possibly (3). 'Super busy' drive-thru employee helped me and she made an iced coffee for me with a smile. The cook helped me out big-time, also with a smile, with the code to the men's bathroom door, after my order. The men's bathroom toilet would not flush. It was obvious, when I first walked in and a few tries. I asked for the code for the ladies restroom, and was given that to use by the cook. It seemed like he stood watch for that to happen and checked out the problem in the men's bathroom at the same time.., very helpful..Thank you, my Man. My message to the owner of this establishment is there are some major understaffed shifts at this establishment. Having to deal with that and things they shouldn't have to. Get your plumbing fixed or at least put a plunger next to the non working toilet. I would have used it. You have great employees, that are being overworked by my observations. It seems like you do not care about them, the customers or safety. You are the owner. Please do better. I remember when this place was not like you've let it become. Please note that also..
Just sat in the drive through for 25 minutes. Then when we finally got the food, the chicken was cold and so were the fries wouldn't have posted a bad review if the food was fresh for that long of a wait.
