I don't think I'll go back to JITB again. It was way too expensive. I can get a great burger and fries at Wendy's for half if what I paid for a buttery jack, fries and drink. And they were slow. I was the only one in the drive thru.

Bathrooms are clean, restaurant is primarily clean, service is slower than molasses…! Food was not hot and the taco shells were stale and chewy… a little difficult to get to, drive through the 7-11 gas station to get to it…
Jack in the box drive thru was not open during the morning, at noon they removed the cones blocking the drive thru.
Everyone… I mean everyone moves extremely slow here. Seriously.😳
We ordered 2 taco orders, watched the young man with the JitB visor put 2 tacos in the fryer, I guess there were 2 tacos just sitting somewhere else. Every person that I saw (register employee and cook employee) just 2 employees that I could see were moving like they just got done eating a thanksgiving meal, literally dragging their feet as the navigated from counter to cook top to refrigerator to front counter. No hustle, no spring to the step and clearly no motivation to be there, I felt like I was intruding in someone’s house, like I wasn’t even noticed. There wasn’t a manager that I could see, and it felt like it… no leadership or accountability to make a fresh hot meal expeditiously. Pitiful service, employees seem to be running a muck. They need a good manager that leads by example and then remove the ones that don’t belong in the service industry. These 2 employees are contributing to the long list of complaints. Everything everyone has complained about I truly experienced it for myself. Expect a long wait, slow moving employees, stale food, cold food and lack of pride at this store.
Don’t believe me… go check it out for yourself. Maybe it was an off day for everyone?

I ordered tiny tacos and got loaded ones, which took 13 minutes to get, then after I told them I wanted regular tiny tacos, took another 13 min. I dont know what people they hire there, but in the last 3 years, its been like that pretty much every time.
I can go to dq and get more food in 30 seconds.

They are the best possible service for fast food.... truth that is the only way... Life savings staff. I messed up an order and money was tight ,so they were awesome and replaced the sandwich 😁

The breakfast menu has no protein items i can eat, due to a pork and beef allergy. No, I didn't get bit by a tick, it's genetic. Fortunately, the staff here are very accommodating, and put together a breakfast burrito with eggs, hash browns, cheese, and salsa that set me up properly for the day. So a star off for your lack of menu choices, but top marks to the crew of this location.
