Went there tonight to get food was there for about 40 mineuts first things first took 25 mineuts then they ended up only giving me half my meal argued with me saying I didnt order more than they gave me then made me come to the drive through to prove that I wasn't lying then proceeded to hand me half the food they still owed me I told her and her response was sorry now we're closed I can give you chicken (which wasnt what I ordered 50 minuets before they closed) horrible service horrible people no refund plus ended up with less money's worth of food than I had horrible place (update) all the food was cold made wrong and stopped together they were to lazy to do there job and throw more chicken sandwiches in so they gave me popcorn chicken sandwiches still somehow missed one of my mashed potatoes and 3 of my biscuits horrible horrible experience

I loved KFC when the food was actually good years ago but now that all these teens are working in the food industry, it has gone down hill so bad! Lacey KFC gave me raw chicken, got food poisoning, so I came to this KFC and it’s the same crap! The food is absolutely horrible and tastes old / soggy, and greasy. I’ve seen so many teens and managers not do their job or working while high, even being on their phones or having AirPods in! When things change I will be coming back but for now, KFC is disgusting and concerning when it comes to their food

the food was honestly a disappointment. The chicken tasted old, was extremely greasy, and just had that “it’s been sitting too long” flavor no one wants. For the price and the timing, I expected fresh food—not something that felt like it was on its last legs. Definitely not worth the money.

The food that I ordered on the phone when I got home. Half of it was missing. So I called them, they tell me all they can do is give me a code and then replace what they did not give me. So I told them, so I don't have the gravy, and I don't have the macaroni and cheese, what am I supposed to do with the gravy dump it on my macaroni and cheese. This is why Kentucky Fried Chicken is going out of business. They can't get their orders right? They need to trust the customer customers off. Always right.I asked him to replace my order.And they said, no, they cannot do that

I had crappy food, cold soggy fries, so I didn't go for almost a year. I decided to give it another chance. I order the 2 piece meal. She didn't ask me what side or kind of chicken I wanted. I heard her say mashed potatoes and I said NO! You need to ask.i wa fries, fresh, and breast wth a drum stick. Told me it's a dollar more for white meat. No sign, never had to before. I canceled my order and will not go back until they change

We had the 8 piece chicken tender meal and the 8 piece original bucket with mashed potatoes, coleslaw and biscuits. Ordered at the drive thru. Went right home and the food was horrible. The chicken in the bucket was soggy and obviously refried it was so greasy and flavorless. Every single piece was disgusting and discolored. The mashed potatoes were gray. The biscuits were also flavorless. Even the french fries were disgusting. This food cost 80 bucks and all of it was thrown out. Shame on KFC for serving garbage. It was Saturday around 5:30 in the afternoon. We will never go back.
