Made an order then used the restroom. And then stood at the pick up area for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me and it wasn’t until I had to yell over the counter to get helped as I saw my coffee sitting there the entire time. When I asked if it’s normal for someone to wait to be helped for 10 minutes the manager and employee laughed and kept on repeating “we called it out as soon as it was done”… the time I was using the restroom. So tired of these managers and employees being rude when a customer is upset for an understandable reason. You could have just said “hey sorry about that” and it would be fine.

The service was good, but I ran into a problem the manager didn't resolve. I ordered a medium coffee to get a Monopoly sticker. They didn't give me one. The manager said they only give stickers with large coffees. I ordered the coffee through the kiosk, and there was a Monopoly sticker on the medium. If I had known about this in advance, I would have ordered a large with a sticker. I'm dissatisfied.
It's McDonald's. But I will say, there's a guy who runs the drive thru window a lot and hes super cool. But this McDonald's always forgets stuff in all the orders we've had, sauce, pies, heck we got a burger from there and it didn't even have a patty on it!🤣

This place doesn't care if your food is made correctly and if you call to complain or ask for a refund, the assistant general manager hangs up and locks your number. I tried to complain, they said we arent doing this and hangs up. Blocks my number, I call from my work phone to ask for the managers contact info and get told the same thing and they blocked my work number. My husband tries to call to get some help and they said WE ARENT DOING THIS TODAY!! and hangs up on him and blocks his number. Im not expecting high quality anything from mcdonalds but I am expecting some assistance when they mess up. I will never ever be back and I truly hope more people avoid this location. And that assistant general manager deserves to be fired. Can't complain to corporate because its franchise and cant complain to management because no one cares about anything there but taking your money.

I visit this McDonald's several times a day because the service is good but I only go there for the large Coke extra ice I don't really eat the food and Wendy's now has the dollar soda and as we all know McDonald's is not a dollar soda anymore I hate the kiosk you can't even talk to a real person when you go inside anymore the prices of just gotten ridiculous

I started avoiding this location long ago due to consistently getting cold, limp fries. Stopped by tonight figuring, hey, I just won't order fries; I'll just grab some burgers. Normally one does not expect to receive a burger with a sheet of grill paper cooked into it but once again this location managed to defy expectations and provide exactly that. I'm not sure how you can cook and prepare a sandwich without noticing that there is a large piece of paper in it but the ways of the clown are mysterious and not for the likes of us to understand.

We went to the drive through at 3pm for a couple sodas. Should be easy. There was a line, but we didn't mind waiting. We waited stuck in a line of cars, can't turn back, just to realize this location was closed. No signs. Online said open. Everything said open. Inside was a ghost town. So dont trust them to be open I guess?
