My order was given to me by a rude, arrogant person who commanded me to never come to his window with a cigarette lit in my car. I understand that this is a family restaurant and what his concern involved. I extinguished my cigarette, got my order, and drove off feeling injured. He showed no tolerance for me! Some kindness may have brought me back to McDonalds with my grandson!

I’m giving a five-star rating only because Christopher is the most dedicated employee. Thanks to him for the great service and positive attitude. Usually, the service was very slow, and no one seemed to care.
Also, overall, McDonald’s food in the U.S. isn’t very tasty, and the service couldn’t be worse. I’ve been to McDonald’s in almost every European country, and it’s always at a high level there. I hope the management takes this into account...

This McDonald's is a superior restaurant compared to other McDonald's. The food is better, the service is always spot on, their drive thru is done well. Even if we're in Lacey, we will go to Tumwater to eat at this McDonald's.
