Sadly one of the worst McDonald's experiences I have had. Staff friendly enough but the food was old and barely warm. Fries were mealy and chewy, not hot and crisp, seemed like the last of previous hour's batch sitting in the warmer. Excited to try the new crispy chicken sandwich. Bun was dry, chicken was warm and not crispy, 1 pickle slice, barely edible. To go bag, no catsup for crummy fries, no napkins, forgot half and half for coffee. Had I not been driving in a rainstorm I'd have returned to ask for a complete redo of everything.

Fastest drive through experience I've had in a while. Accurate and tasty order. Good service, even when i asked too many coffee questions.

There was a LIVE SPIDER in my pancakes. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, the service is usually trash and now this. 🚮

This McDonalds is sooo slow. I just fully charged my Tesla and I’m still waiting for the food. Should never happen.
Not great
Idk what this world has come to but my grandpa treated me to lunch here sometime ago and we were both shocked by the fact that when you walk in you don't interact with the staff you literally have to place your order on a screen which is crazy to me because it's almost as if so the staff has an excuse not to talk to the customers. Keep in mind it's been a while since I was at a McDonald's but back in my day if you went inside you would interact with a real person to order food and not have to mess with a robot. We were both super confused on how to use that screen because we are used to either going through the drive thru or actually just telling a regular human being what we wanted to eat. When we asked a staff member for help because we didn't know how to work the machine the guy seemed very irritated that he had to stop what he was doing and show us how to use the computer and type what we wanted to eat. Next time I ever feel like McDonald's I will just use the drive thru. At least with that I do talk to someone. I hate that our world is evolving on mostly robots for everything!

Walked in at 4:30 in the morning. Didn't even know if they were open before I got a word out. I was told I can't take your order. You have to use the kiosk and looked at me like I was dumb.

When there are four cars in total two in the nearest lane and two in the furthest lane and you’re sitting there and four cars get through they make their order and now they pulled up. And the car in front of you you’re still sitting there still sitting there a couple of other cars come in they pull through and then finally they get their order done. I pulled up and sat there and waited while other cars were making their orders and pulling up and finally a young man came on to the intercom and he said please hold. Absolutely not I could’ve been to Burger King or Dairy Queen or any other place that is called fast food and had already gotten my food and gone. You need to close the outside lane.

McDonald's is the same and what one would expect from a fast food chain. It is expensive now and not really worth the price to eat a meal there anymore
