Meconi's Italian Subs

I'm a regular here as I work near by and know the workers and manager, not on a personal level just have seen them working at the restaurant. I went in and ordered my regular, the manager took my order, got it wrong then blamed me!!! That was super awesome!! I had my sandwich remade the correct way. I've seen the manager interact with employees and staff alike and I'm sorry for the employees that have to work under her. I'll go back because this was a one time incident but what a total lack of responsibility on her part as a manager/supervisor. I'll just wait for others to serve me from here on out.

Amazing place but I came in with the hopes of getting gluten free bread and they no longer carry it. I had some soup and it was really yummy ?

Great food, go there at least once a week. Website is helping staff with the accuracy. That's the only problem we've ever had, orders getting mixed up or filled directly against what we've asked. Something good changed about 3 months ago and there haven't been issues since then. Before it was minimum once a month.

Like I said - great food, nice people, and now we get exactly what we order

Subs are good. However, check your bag before you leave. Told I would get crackers with the chowder. Not in bag. Asked for mustard on the sandwich. Never got it. These are basics and should not be messed up.

I have been at this location 3x now, if you call in or order online expect to show up 20-30 min PAST when they say it'll be ready. Communication is poor at best, I've had my order messed up 2x now and the subs are okay wat best.

Arrived 10min after my confirmation said to pick it up today, lady asks my name, it's not ready she says she'll check in the back, comes out and doesn't say a word to me. Several minutes go by and I stop and ask her what the update is on my order. I finally get it, open it up and it's wrong. She's offers to have them remake it and doesn't provide any eta, expecting it would be another 30-40min.

No longer offers gluten free bread despite the description that appears on Google maps. Italian sub on normal bread was fine.
