Always love the orange chicken and it's not spicy so my daughter enjoys it on the fly. Services are up to pare and friendly staff. I do always have trouble with to go orders that are premade being incorrect or been sitting to long.

I made a phone order yesterday 10/9 for 60pax and was impressed by the service on phone. The lady was very polite and patient. I received a call today to reconfirm my order and when I arrived to pick the food, it was just as ordered. They provided plates, napkins, forks and even serving spoons, sauces and tongs. The food was for a high school football team and they said that the food was amazing. The service was great and the staff took the food to my car. The only thing, it was costly but thank you for the great service 🙏. Alice

I ordered Panda Express off of DoorDash from this location twice now. I got an order of 12 spring rolls and two full meals both times. I put ON THE ORDER 15+ sweet and sour sauces. Which is reasonable given how much food we had and how tiny the sauce packets are. BOTH times I got less than 10 and not enough for our food and this time I did not receive my soda also. I ordered the spring rolls for my own meal and the sauces to go with them and I don’t even have enough to finish my food. Adhere to your DoorDash orders and what they put on the ticket. Obviously I put that much sauce because I wanted that much sauce.

I don’t like writing reviews like this, but the profound lack of care that went into the dinner I ordered yesterday needs to be shared with the community. There is nothing worse than being so hungry and looking forward to a comfort meal from a chain you enjoy only for carelessness to sully an otherwise enjoyable experience. I had ordered a bigger plate, and I discovered after I had gotten home that not only did you guys not include the extra entree that I paid for, but also you gave me a stingy and anemic serving of the other half of this entree that was included. The quality this time around was lower as well, the sweet fire chicken that i managed to get was soft and gelatinous and the drink that I had ordered was also not included in the meal that I paid for in advance as a to go online order. I understand that this locations exists in a state of constant busyness and the staff are rushing to keep everything in functioning order, but if you guys are unable to do the bare minimum in ensuring that the items that your customers paid for are actually included in their meal, a process that takes maybe 15 seconds to accomplish, then you really have no business offering online ordering if anyone who does so is punished as a result. I will not be trusting this location again to give me what I paid my hard earned money for and I write this to caution others that if you are in the tumwater area and are craving Panda Express, then you might be better off going to Capital Mall; unless you are prepared to wait in a 15 person line or you don’t mind not getting shorted on your food.

Order takeout or delivery, the wait times in person are always super slow and it's loud and busy. Downside of ordering delivery is I've had multiple orders missing food items. Staff are nice when I have went inside and picked up.

I ordered a bigger plate with chowmein, double walnut prawns, teriyaki chicken. And a side of spring roll. Why they decide that I only get 1 order of walnut prawns, and they will save me money by making my spring rolls part of my bigger plate. I was willing to pay but I guess they did not want to cost me extra money. It's the 2nd time it happened to me. I don't get it. Someone should explain to these kids what job security is and how it works. What can't they ask you if that's what you want done
We love going to Panda Express. It’s become a monthly thing for us. However this time was different. In my meal I found a hair and a BUG! In my bfs food he found hair in his. The staff doesn’t wear hair nets or anything. We’re not sure if we will come back to this Panda Express anytime soon.

This location is amazing mezmer an employee here noticed I was limping in pain and in stead of her making me wait in line she offered to bring my food out I'm so greatful for her kindness we need more people like mezmer in this world thank you so so much ❤️
