Place needed to be cleaned. Granted it was lunch time and busy, you need to staff for that then. Also staff was so worried about pushing through and doing multi tasks that he really wasn't listening to what I was asking for. Once again, staff appropriately.

Food was soggy. But the best part was when I arrived to get my order, it was not ready but I had already pre paid for it and placed in 25mins prior... She asked my name, I told it, she then made my order but didn't allow me to have it until the gentleman in front of me was given his order. So I stood there in an empty restaurant for 5 minutes waiting on an order that had nothing to do with my order because he needed egg rolls? I then was given my order after he left. Felt racially charged being that I was the only black individual in the business and was refused my food until he was given his. Weird..
I'll probably go to another location from now on.

We've gotten take out orders in the past and have always enjoyed the food, a family treat. Tonight we had the food delivered, and it was horrible. The chow mein was super dry and had no cabbage or anything in it. Even the kids refused to eat it because it was so dry. The broccoli and beef was okay but the broccoli was raw, hard, not sauteed enough to soften it. Maybe they were busy and rushed cooking, but tonight the food was a major disappointment. I really hope this was a fluke, maybe a new cook?
I definitely appreciate the energy and effort everyone here on a Friday night. I know people are inpatient and hungry, but thank you for the food 🧡

It's always SO SO incredibly slow. Embarrassing situation for Panda that every single time I come in there is a line of Door Dash people and the workers here (although super nice) are always over worked and stressed because there are too many online orders. My order was placed at 9:05 pm. It WAS supposed to be ready at 9:35pm. It is NOW 10:07PM!!!! Still standing here. So lame.
