Rice is always hard and crunchy no matter what time I go or how many times I’ve been the rice is never GOOD. How hard is it to make rice? It’s 2 water to 1 rice ratio. At least 1.5 to 1 ratio. Rice sitting in a rice pot should not get like that unless it’s sitting there for days or the bottom of the pot. Pls for the sake of good food teach all local stores how to make rice

We catered 70 adults with their catered meals. Amazing value and amazing food. Everyone was freaking out how good this food was. You get four entrees and four sides plus a bunch of sauces and supplies for serving for $201. It was amazing feeds up to $26 to 30 people

Usually when we go they give us teriyaki sauce, this time they gave me soy sauce, went in and asked for teriyaki sauce and they said, ” that’s something you get yourself.” Not cool

What is it that Pamada Express has same meals every month?! Whay has happened to hot fire shrimp? It has pineapple and red peppers in the shrimp. I hardly see it anymore so I dont go Panda Express anymore now. Same old meala?! Why?!

Stood in line for a good 5 minutes before anyone bothered to even greet me. Then the lady was rushing me and was rude. My kids wanted to try a sample of something and she sure didnt like that as she responded with an unnecessary attitude.

This branch needs to figure out how to make their online pickup more efficient. This was during the dinner rush...I placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. The line was long, and I watched the whole line get cleared out while I waited and waited for my order, along with 10 other people. Occasionally the staff would call out names, but they were hard to hear over all the other calling out they were doing for food refills. All in all, I waited for 20 minutes past the order pickup time. Very frustrating, and I suppose next time I'll just stand in line, it moves faster.

Online order. Pickup relatively close to promised time. Food was fair. Orange chicken was way over done…very dark brown. Teriyaki chicken was under par… power green fair…portions are less. Ordered 6 chicken egg rolls. Received 6 cream cheese Rangoons. Was charged $11.40. Rangoons…cost $4.20. Several phone call attempts…no answer. Will continue to try and get my refund. I mean who confuses large chicken EGG ROLLS with cream cheese wontons….
This place will mark a pickup order ready but it isn’t. Horrible service

This location is as bad, offensive and unprofessional as the one in Olympia. I tried to reorder an item that was delivered incorrectly by the other location, but it was also wrong, undercooked and missing items. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If I had read the reviews, I’d have known better. Believe the negative reviews! It’s all true.

I've never been to this Panda Express before. I went in around 11:30 and the broccoli beef was not ready so I said I would wait. The girl said it would be 5 minutes. After over 10 minutes I went up and asked her how long it would be, and she grabbed a container and made my bowl right then. So basically it was ready she just forgot about me after asking me to pay while I waited for my food. I wonder how long I would have waited if I didn't walk up and ask her if I had been forgotten. I guess she didn't need to remember me since I had already paid...
