Place needed to be cleaned. Granted it was lunch time and busy, you need to staff for that then. Also staff was so worried about pushing through and doing multi tasks that he really wasn't listening to what I was asking for. Once again, staff appropriately.
We've gotten take out orders in the past and have always enjoyed the food, a family treat. Tonight we had the food delivered, and it was horrible. The chow mein was super dry and had no cabbage or anything in it. Even the kids refused to eat it because it was so dry. The broccoli and beef was okay but the broccoli was raw, hard, not sauteed enough to soften it. Maybe they were busy and rushed cooking, but tonight the food was a major disappointment. This restaurant prioritizes people in line hard. If you're ordering online, do it 25+ mins prior to arriving. Otherwise, get in line for faster service. I experienced this multiple times.
